Donny's strongest point, and what Brad chose to avoid responding to here, is when he said that Brad and Kyle spent last year saying that by starting High Limit they weren't trying to do anything to hurt the Outlaws. Then within a year they are openly hiring away a bunch of WoO employees, trying to pick off teams and venues, and egging on a rivalry in public. I understand why Brad couldn't admit to what he was aiming for last year, but he also wasn't entirely honest.

You guys at High Limit need to check out Deep South Speedway in Loxley Alabama. Very nice and big facility! It's a 3/8 mile track that's pretty wide all the way around it. USCS 360 Sprint Cars run there! Super Late models put on a good show as well.

@mick9371 that's a WoO or WRG issue. Not High Limits fault. It took Kyle and Brad doing what they did in creating HL for WoO to raise the payout. It's up to the drivers and teams of WoO to push them for more. Put up or shut up.

It’s amazing that Brad would say that all tracks don’t have the best infrastructure. But in the same hand I hear a lot of talking heads talk about the growth of dirt racing. I think one of problems about growth and trying to be more mainstream is the race tracks. When you are going to charge between 35 and 60 dollars and want to be taken seriously the tracks need to be more then a step above a shit hole. I have been to numerous asphalt and dirt tracks and they are dumps. Dirty nasty bathrooms, concessions are overpriced and have horrible food, parking is a disaster. One those tracks is in Indiana and it’s existence is in Question. Point Made!!!

Most of the facilities that WoO and high limit go to are nice. More basic facilities typically host weekly racing and smaller tours. Which is fine. I can't think of one track on either schedule I would call a "dump"

I think you are referring to gas city, the facility there is pretty dumpy. Most of the major tracks in Indiana like kokomo, lawerceburg, Terre haute, haubastaudt are alot nicer. You need alot of money coming in to make major infrastructure upgrades, people need to support the tracks and attend races if they want this stuff to happen not whine on the internet

Donny's comments are one man's opinion, take it with a grain of salt. The WOO has been the pinnacle of sprint car racing for years. Now,someone comes along to rock their boat and they don't like it! They influenced tracks and race teams all across the country to align with their rules. High Limit has the same rules for the sprint cars themselves, they just want to try something different with their business model in order to benefit the race teams financially and gain more exposure for sprint car racing in general. How can anyone find fault with that? It's all just sour grapes on the other side!

It all comes down to sponsors. Feature a different team sponsor daily on your social media. And create a type of yellow pages for all the sponsors for your full time teams and the services they provide. To bring in new sponsorship money you have to show them it's worth the investment. And fans need a resource to help them know which companies they should support and have to do their part supporting them. To get the sport where we want it to be we all have to do our part.

im sure i won't make any friends with my comment, but i am a big fan of kyle larson, to me he is the epitome of what a real racer is, dedicated to the sport, a real passion for racing anywhere anytime, but to hear the name tony stewart come from his mouth makes me cringe. after all these years i can't get the picture of that young man being sucked under and spit out from his right rear tire, that video taken from the pits that wasn't released right away answered all the questions for me, did he want to kill someone, of course not, but is he a psycho that thinks he is a god, yes for sure. from all his antics to abusing the press, pushing fans out of his way, the childish antics of grabbing lap tops and other items from reporters and throwing them under trailers etc is something burned in my memory. he knows he intentionally gassed up to "mud" the kid, to blame it on the young man was atrocious. a life ended for no reason, all the excuses on earth can't bring him back. at my age i may not live long enough to see him suffer any repercussions from what he did. i don't think his competitors should bring this up like i do constantly, but to treat him like he is important to the sport seems to be rewarding him, nothing he has done would be missed if he never existed.

Say it any way you want. You said it very well. I'll take it to the next level as I have in the past only to see so many knotheads deflect the blame to Kevin Ward. Tony Stewart was at the wheel of a car the struck and KILLED Kevin Ward. No doubt, no debate , no deflection. NOTHING but a factual statement.Tony Stewart is a KILLER plain and simple. I agree with your assessment of him. You don't? Just ask Ryan Newman. He's got PLENTY to say about Stewart's mental stability(or instability). Because Tony Stewart has money he most certainly got away with MURDER. Karma is a bitch. One day Mr Toughguy Tony will be driving around with his family. He'll come across someone and he'll start road raging all over again. This person whomever they may be ,won't care who he is and won't know who he is. Tony Stewart will cease to exist and at that moment. Justice will be served when Tony goes to meet his maker and the elevator only has down buttons.

I'd say that if you are going to talk about something, tell the viewers what you are commenting on. I love Memphis, I used to go there when my mother in law lived in Jackson. I'm starting another business and won't be able to make it this year but next year I'll be there. I'm looking forward to Southern Oklahoma though. I'm not sure the racing will be great but it will be my first HL show. I'll be skipping RPM & TMS... not a fan of those tracks. Last year for a regular show at RPM the nachos were $9.50 so I'll stay away. Plus, it will probably be either a train race on top or bottom. I'll watch on my tv. TMS I will skip all together.. nothing to see here >>>> I also like 67 Speedway. They have put a lot of time and money in to that track. I'm hoping to make Eagle though. For the record... it will take more than an hour to get from TMS to RPM. Race fans don't care how far the next track is.
