Comedy Central, This is not happening is on the same level as The Chappelle Show. Bring it back. Keep Ari and Roy
nothing is more satisfying than skipping that intro
way too long
Daffy Ducks complain, Bugs Bunnies improvise.
That’s a for sure right on
I feel you on that however perfect amount of time to pack and smoke a bowl haha
@@thewayitwas whatchu say now chuck?ahaahahaha (stomps in the background).
"I knew it my dad I recognized his grip"
relatable
Lol, nice name bro
Yup
That don't sound right...
@@T.I.N.D Sounds better than "I know my father's grip, this wasn't it."
Best explanation of Baltimore football history I have ever heard.
🏆🙌
1983. Baltimore. Dad crying. Yep, I know where this is going.
Fuck the rat birds
Sports is gud.
Frame of reference because of people talking about how teams have moved from city to city other than Baltimore... When he says you've never experienced a team leaving "like this" he means that the team was literally moved out of town, unannounced, in the middle of the night. To this day you will almost never see a Mayflower truck in Maryland because local businesses refuse to use them.
Got you. That's crazy man
IIRC, Maryland's state legislature was debating whether or not to use eminent domain and seize the team that night before the Colts were hijacked to Indiana.
It's true. My pop's is from Baltimore and remembers that.
I💛 Baltimore
Like, who just dips like that?! It was like they had a whole bunch of kids that they abandoned in the dead of night and then went and publicly got married and adopted kids the next day!!!
Huge fan of Ryan Sickler!
I'm a huge fan of your mom
He hung out with Tom Segura so much... he almost became him.
He's totally telling the truth. I remember when they packed up in the middle of the night. It was snowing and the owner promised he wouldn't move the team until he and the mayor had a meeting. Ever Baltimore fan over the age of 35 gives Mayflower moving trucks the finger. You barely ever see them in Maryland any more.
I saw one yesterday on 95 south and flipped him off.
@@TheBiggerPicture2031 Yeah you flipped off an honest working man in a corrupt society over something that wasn’t his fault.
I worked for a company with Mayflower moving. People really do still bring that up quite often.
This guy is a Baltimore guy to the core, holding that grudge for life and you can tell he has a sincere hate for Mayflower moving trucks lol. That punch line at the end was hilarious 🤣
10:00 #grangergloryhole
you can tell by the shrieking "OHO!" before the "you know what you did" line that this is still a traumatic trigger. poor lil guy🤣🍻
This crowd sucked, that was a great story
It's kind of outdated.
I've noticed the crowds on these seem like they're almost too into it? They like it but they dont respond how youd think.
Grown man cries because football isnt really a funny story.
@@Tores444 u missed the joke buddy
Tores yeah that’s why he made jokes none of these stories are inherently funny
I believe this story 100% because his accent is Maryland af.
Im from Maryland and i dont even have any close to a accent like that lol
baldimoore
Sounds country asf. Thought they had northern accents
Belsnickel Most of Maryland is country af.
JoshDoingThings never would of guessed that
The Colts were part of the community. We saw the players around the city and they were blue collar and talked to people like people. That's what hurt me the most.
Yup my family was from 34th and greenmount. The players stayed in the neighborhoods they worked normal jobs cause they were only getting maybe $500.00 a game so they worked in the bars and steel mill. It was a magical time to be a football fan in Baltimore.
Damn. Sounds like a beautiful time in sports. Wish I was there
The funniest thing of the whole bit is flipping off a Mayflower truck. It's so true for anyone from that era, my whole family included.
My Mom's from the Bronx, and she grew up lovin' the Baltimore Colts. Still a Colts fan today, 72 years old. Baltimore Colts were loved by many all over the country. There's something special about that franchise. This comin' from a Niner's fan, and I grew up in NY lol we're a weird family lol
“Getting Season tickets like my new favorite son over here.”
Lmao some of us here in Saint Louis didn’t even notice when the Rams left. Now when Pujols left.... HOLY SHIT people were pissed.
Ryan is one of the most underrated comics. His podcast, the Honeydew, is great. I wish that him and Tom Segura had a weekly podcast together. They bring out the best in each other.
Yesterday was the honeydew, today its comedy central. Sickle cell 4 stroke GANG GANG.
And here you are, laughing. Hell yea 💪
Dont fucking touch me. Buzz buzz
@Kevan Bianco sounds like you're low and loose. Become a mommy, jeans. Try it out.
Piss on me, beat me, try it out
@Kevan Bianco keep dem genes high and tight
This is one of my favorite stories so far. That was fantastic. Thank you for sharing
I remember when the Houston oilers left it was a bad day to be a Texan
Sorry for your loss, but I got to see my hometown boy Steve play in TN.
Imagine a comment not bashing the intro and actually praising the performance!
This dude had me rolling!
constructive criticism, for everyone!
I liked the intro and this guy made me laugh cry
The intro sucks
One of the most underrated comedians out there. I love this dude.
I live in Houston. I've gone through the pain of losing a beloved NFL team too.
My Grandmother fuckin...LOVED..Warren Moon lol
San Diego :(
@@x_VineM_x So did I.
As a Baltimore Raven fan for 20yrs this was like a history lesson and I loved it
00:55 Skip intro
I am flipping off the mayflower guy everytime from this point on lol. I loved this story!
Baltimore has a videogame: The Suffering: Ties That Bind.
thats bout our city?
Maryland is the shit! Growing up in between Annapolis and Baltimore is just perfect.
As someone who is from Baltimore I LOVE THIS!!! I wasn’t around when the Colts were here, but I was about 7 when we got the Ravens the hype & hysteria were great. Adding on to the fact that we won a SuperBowl BEFORE Indy was even better
As a San Diego charger fan. I know how this feels
HA
Didn't move as far away though
The into for this one perfectly portrays how I feel about their intros
You still watched it apparantly.
@@mikebarnes7441 Yeah you mad?
Im 4 days older than Ryan! I knew we had a Connection!!
"you've never lost you're team like this"...he said to an audience, in California (LA to be specific), who has lost, the raiders, chargers and rams multiple times over the years.
Kody Eldridge lol true but most likely non of them had the opportunity of being a ball boy swiped right from underneath them and like he said they got new Titties before Baltimore lol
Not in the middle of the night, unannounced, like they were skipping out on child support payments.
Sickler: That's when the cults were in Baltimore...
Me: oh shit, Baltimore had a cult problem? Bout to google dis...
(10 seconds)
Me: checks out
I'm crying cause the Cults are gone
1:02 to skip the terrible intro.
You're doin'the lord's work, son.
Have a thumb.
Its a great run the jewels song. RIP Ari tho lol
The intros are awesome!
through*
You the intro song with Roy Woods?
Gdi I love Ryan “baldimoore” is how we just say it.
Well that's how it's properly pronounce
"You've never lost a team like this, you don't know" *stares in Cleveland*
Ironically the same guy responsible for both.
Cleveland is totally different. They kept the name, the colors and all the history. Indy even puts up BALTIMORE Colts players' pictures at their stadium as if they played in Indy.
1984 Maryland's March 8th: Snow
2019 Maryland's March 8th: It'll only snow if it was 80°F last week, otherwise it's 80°F this week.
Seattle super sonics god damn
Seattle will get new titties eventually.
My sweet poppy god rest his soul and I sobbed watching the news as they left like thieves in the night❤THANK U For this! 🔥
I know somebody there or even somebody reading this is in a twin bed rn. But Its ok. You’ll get it together soon just don’t give up. 🙏
TakodaRA
🤣🤣🤣
Me lol
The voice crack at the end is too good 😂😂 NightPantsNation
I grew up a San Diego Chargers fan my whole life. I know exactly how he feels 😢
I’m from Cleveland and I am a Baltimore Ravens fan lol and have been since they became the Ravens in 1996 and I thoroughly enjoyed the hell outta this !!! 🤣🤣🤣 Cleveland owner Art Model sold the Browns from underneath the city lol Bastards lol
ryan sickler is the absoulte best comedian
This guy is in Tom Segura's "9 Inches" video. I hear this bit on the radio all the time and had no clue it was the same guy.
As a St. Louis native this story hits hard.
yall got titties from LA then gave them back!
Weirdly enough, I've always been a Rams fan since around 10 or so. Then they moved to my state. That was exciting
He’s HILARIOUS!!! 😆🤣😂
love watching Sickler do ANYTHING!!!
I remember when that happened. My child brain hated Mayflower for a very long time. He opened some old wounds.
VERY well done, BRAVO!!!
Respect to the graphics department, your typography is on point!
Hilarious story from Sickle cell!!!
it really wasn't. it was pretty cringe and boring
Sickle Cell!!!
I used to be a mayflower mover. I heard an old timer tell the story of moving the team. They really did keep it very secret, a fleet of trucks showed up one day. The whole team moved at once. Quickly, because it made the citizens so upset.
Sickle cell killing it!!
Huh? Wht does tht mean
something so simple and powerful about the line "they packed up in mayflower moving trucks, and headed west into the black"
This is one of the best.
I was confused when I thought he said Baltimore cults at first!! Spun me out till I realized he was talking about football!! (I'm in the UK😂👍)
story Starts at 1:00
Start 1:00
i’ve lived in baltimore my entire life (born 1993) and my mom still randomly talks about the colts leaving baltimore and memorial stadium being torn down. fantastic set, it hit a little too close to home but fantastic set 😂😂
Ryan is one of the best
Loved this
Great story, Ryan. Keeper.
Honeydew y’all!! Just heard this on the album but I’ll listen again
Sounds like hes doing an impression of tom segura
Thank you!
He is Tom's opening act
he is toms best friend. best friends often joke around the same way ya know.
@@DjangoUnchained I know theyre friends, ive watched Honeydew but im not talking about the jokes, im talking about his mannerisms. His delivery. His whole style. If you just took this bit and replaced just the tone of his voice with the tone of toms voice, keeping the annunciation and delivery and all that, it would sound exactly like toms performance. Idk about you but me and my friends practically speak in jokes and none of us copy each others delivery and mannerisms lol
As a resident of Indianapolis
We love your Colts!
God bless your dad.
Your the man Ryan!
I'm in Ohio. Oh, i know the loss of a team. A TEAM THAT WENT TO BALTIMORE.
Do you want the cardinals?
@@jackielinde7568 hahaha we will be alright thanks though.
Me too, man. Cleveland definitely still wanted it's titties in '96! One of the best pairs in the NFL rn, on paper at least
Aayyyeee, O-H!
At least you guys got an expansion team and not someone else's team
This was so funny xD
Great damn story 😂😂😂
Sickle Cell gets an automatic 🖒!
Damn that's a great story!
Comedy Central consistently kills it with the front row audience members..
This is quality asf 😂😂🤭😪
Waaaay better then the next few episodes in the playlist.
Funny, true and touching
Sickle cell is hilarious 😂
As a fellow Marylander I approve this message ✊🏽
If your in a twin bed right now you need to reevaluate your shit 😂😂
been waitin for this shit
Intro made me punch dance!!!! Run it back
This guy just saved this show for me. Good story Ryan
If this saved the show for you then you’ve been watching the wrong episodes before this.
I lost the rams I’m from stl I get this lmao
Sickle Cell in the house!!!!
Awesome
6:37 as I'm laying in my twin bed watching this 😅
I'm talking about in the middle of the night dipping!
