- United operates a fleet of 99 Airbus A320-200s, which are extremely outdated and uncomfortable and in my opinion are the worst aircraft in United's fleet. But to really put their A320 to the test I will be taking them on a 4 hour flight from Miami to Denver in Economy Class.

I recently flew United on their 77W on SFO-HNL and can say the crew were very nice, I have flown them in the past international and domestic and I can happily say it seems like they are trying.
Great review. Been 10 years since I flew, but always had good service flying united even on the Crackerbox CRJ-200

I flew on an A320 of United back in April of 2022 right after the mask mandate was lifted and it was horrible! It needs to be refurbished SO BADLY!
they are starting their refurbishment this month on all a319/320 with their new Signature Interior! Exciting news
I love the A320 but if it’s United 🤮. Terrible United plane and the worlds worst airline
