Plenty of doubt. There is a long list of dominant college wrestlers who never won the top prize at the world level. Just look at the world rankings right now. Hard to find an American in any of the top 5.

During those Olympics Dan Gable did not give up one point scored on him. You can find articles about this and it’s a great thing to read if you’re bored or have the time. I love watching Spencer Les and at some point he might surpass those greats but he still has a couple years to go. And I love Spencer Lee I think he can surpass them

How do you strategize against Lee? lol The only way I could think of is maybe try to stay away from him for 2 periods in hopes he'll wear out. But even his gas tank has improved over last year. Spencer Lee will become a household name soon and non-wrestling fans will soon know who he is. Mark my words.
I like his offense but I don’t understand why his opponents are not aggressive on defense , his arm is on your left arm, I wonder how he’d react to his arm stretched over a shoulder , any thoughts?
I don’t think he should’ve got it & if your a wrestler listen he beat a field we’re the challenge was not a challenge we all knew he would win his semi match was a joke when your a senior & most of the field are freshmen it’s a huge difference & it’s the hardest for 125 lb there young & haven’t matured yet, his toughest match was a guy he tech last year so did he get better idk he basically did the same as last year if anything the kid took him down so if your a wrestler the outstanding wrestler was Gable Steveson to see a HW LIKE THAT IS far more impressive than watching a wrestler do the exact same thing to the exact same person he did last year be safe & this no knock to Spencer Lee

I think Gable Stevenson has been just as good, just as dominant this season. In certain collegiate sports they tend to let what you have previously accomplished continue to carry you through, yes Spencer Lee is one of the most dominant wrestlers the NCAA has ever seen, but why isn't Stevenson at least sharing this award he has dominated the big boys this season all season
