Hello mga katara at welcome muli sa aking channel , isang inspiring story na naman ang ibabahagi ko sa inyo na tiyak kong kapupulutan ninyo ng aral. Kilalanin natin si ana , ang babaeng minaliit ang isang waiter dahio kinailangan pa nitong magtrabaho para lamang makapag aral , at kung ano naging ganti nito sa kanya pagkaraan ng sampung taon.

I am a working student before when I was in first year college. I worked at Jollibee and encountered some customers who are rude, and belittled us crews. They don't even know what they are talking about. For them, they are customers and need to be assisted. Sometimes, they will raise their eyebrows while ordering, throw straws upon us, and even throw coins. Some of them would shout at us even though it's their fault but since we are only crews, we just catch all the hurtful words they throw upon us. I salute to my customers before who have appreciated my effort in serving them. Your smiles gave me strength to continue being a working student. Thank you all❤

@@erwinnavarra6218 sobrang miss ko na yung mga dishes niyo. Hindi kasi alam ng karamihan na hindi porket crew ka, kailangan ka nang bastusin. Customers aren't always right. And kung observant yung mga customers, sana napapansin nila na hirap na hirap din kayo sa pag-serve ng trays ng mga pagkain nila. Preparation pa lang hirap na kayo lalo na open at kita ng tao yung ginagawa niyo sa station ninyo. Kita nila yung mga pagkakamali niyo, pero yung effort niyo as crews to serve them your best, hindi nila nakikita. Yung enough na para sa inyo, kulang pa para sa kanila. Hindi din naman nila alam na yung mga perang pinambabayad nila sa inyo, malaking tulong na yun para sa mga pamilya ninyo. Hindi madali ang magserve ng food na iniisip niyo na kung matutuwa ba yung customers sa inyo o hindi. Matinding pressure din kapag sobrang tagal nang nag-order si customer tapos ang tagal ng serving. Iniisip ko na lang na ay okay lang, hirap kayo sa trabaho niyo, tapos 24 hours pa dati. Kaya okay lang kahit ang tagal ng serving. Kahit kailan hindi ako nambastos o nanigaw ng crew dahil kahit customer lang ako, alam ko pa rin na pinapakain niyo din ang mga pamilya niyo habang nasa resto kayo at pinapakain lang din kami.
There should be no resto or fast food staff ang makaranas ng ganito dahil it just affects their work. Oo maaaring ang tagal kadalasan ng order pero hindi dapat singhalan ang mga crew dahil mali ang serving sa kanila or ibang order yung nabigay sa kanila. Instead of shouting at them, sabihin na lang nila ng maayos. Hindi kasi madaling magtrabaho eh lalo na kung ang iniisip niyo yung families niyo na hindi pa nakakakain habang kami busog na. Kaya kudos sa inyo mga Kuya and Ate working not only in Jollibee but in other restos and fast food chains just to prepare for us the meals we ordered. May mga success stories din naman ang mga waiters.
Jollibee may not be a fancy resto but they serve great quality of meals for all their customers. Wala na sanang crew ang makaranas ng pagsinghal, pag-sigaw o simpleng pakikipag-away ng customers sa crew esp kapag may mali. Talk to them nicely. Nice naman yung mga crews eh, may ibang tao lang na hindi sila nauunawaan.
Thank you Kuya for your service. Saludo ako sa inyo na may dedikasyon sa ginagawa niyo. Hayaan niyo na lang yung mga customers na ganyan. Buti nga may ibang crew na kayang tiisin lahat ng galit at sumbat ng customer sa kanya eh dahil sa sobrang pagmamahal sa trabaho.

A big thumbs up to all the working students out there. When I was young nangarap din ako maging isang engineer. I said to myself I can be a working student dahil mahirap lamang kami. But when I was a 3rd year high school student I realized that even becoming a working student in college is impossible because of how poor we are. I lost interest sa pag-aaral but still managed to graduate high school without falling behind. I’m just an average student with a big dream that someday I can lift my family from poverty. I gave up on my dream of becoming an engineer even before I graduated high school but not on getting my family out of poverty. Nag trabaho ako bilang isang boy sa poultry farm, mananahi sa garment factory for 6 years, waiter at shoe salesman. Sa kabila ng napakaraming pagsubok I never give up sa akin pangarap na maiahon sa kahirapan ang aking pamilya. Nag try ako mag abroad at lahat na yata ng bansa na pwedeng mag apply na try ko na at dahil high school lamang ang natapos ko hindi ako pinalad. Humingi ako ng tulong sa tiyahin kong mayaman na may ari ng mga tindahan ng imported na sapatos noong dekada 90. Mr. G Boutique ang pangalan ng store nila. Tinutulungan nya kasi mag abroad ang mga tindera nya na gusto mag abroad. Kinuha nya muna ako bilang isang tindero ng sapatos at pinatira nya pa ako sa napakalaking bahay nila sa Alabang Hills. Tutol dito ang asawa nya dahil hindi naman daw nila ako lubos na kilala at sinabi pa niya na baka daw adik ako. Hindi ko sya masisisi dahil medyo magulo ang lugar namin kung saan ako lumaki at napakarami talagang drug addict. Nagulat na lamang sya ng matuklasan nya na wala akong bisyo kahit sigarilyo at sabi ng tiyahin ko napahiya ka no hwag ka kasi nanghuhusga. Hindi ako nagtanim ng sama ng loob sa asawa ng tiyahin ko at bagkos ay tinanaw ko ng utang na loob ang lahat ng natutunan ko sa kanya. Makalipas ang ilang bwan ay tinulungan ako ng tiyahin ko mag apply papuntang America. Habang nag aapply ako papuntang US ay nagtitinda pa rin ako ng sapatos sa tindahan ng tiyahin ko. Sa condo unit na nila ako noon tumira kung saan doon din tumutuloy ang secretary at iba pang sales lady ng tiyahin ko. Dito ko naranasan ang magutom at hindi kumain ng dalawang araw habang nagtatrabaho. Sa unang gabi ay halos 2 oras lang ang tulog ko dahil kumukulo at masakit ang tyan ko at sa 2 day ko na walang kain ay halos wala na akong lakas mag mop ng floor ng tindahan. Opo sinubukan ko po na humingi ng tulong sa mga kasama ko sa tindahan at sa condo kahit konti kahit anong pwede makakain lamang ako pero walang tumulong ni isa sa kanila. At ng sumapit ang pangalawang gabi na wala pa rin ako kain ay sinubukan ko matulog pero magdamag akong Di nakatulog dahil sa sakit ng tiyan parang may nakatusok na kutsilyo at pinapaikot ikot ito sa loob ng aking tyan. Umiyak na lamang ako magdamag at nanalangin ng taimtim na sana makayanan ko pa dahil kinabukasan ay sweldo na namin at makakakain na ako. At kinabukasan ay sa tanghalian pa ako nakakain at monggo ang pangulam namin noon may pangshare na kasi ako dahil sweldo namin. Ito ang pinakamasarap at di ko malilimutan na kain ko sa aking buong buhay. Hindi ako pinabayaan ng ating Panginoon at ginabayan nya ako hagang makarating ako ng US . Magpahanggang ngayon ay ginagabayan pa rin nya ako. Na realized ko na hindi natin kailangan magtanim ng sama ng loob o maghiganti sa mga taong hindi tumulong nang maliit at gumawa ng hindi maganda sa atin. Naranasan ko rin na hindi sagutin ng babaeng nililigawan ko kahit may crush sya sa akin dahil sa pagiging mahirap ko. Sa ngayon po ay happily married ako with 3 beautiful daughters and a small business here in California.
This world has lots of mysterious happenings re rich people and poor people who meet their destiny as time goes by. Included here are also rich people who had been educated but with bad traits and their story have similar story like this on youtube.
