I had mine delivered on the Wednesday night and made my way to the ABR festival on Thursday morning. I brought it to specifically do off road riding and the Bridgestone trail was my first off road experience. I made it round with only 1 off, after a double rut in the woodland section. At 61 I have maybe left it too late, but as they say “better late than never”

@@martinfretwell from what I understand, and (I hope) I understand from Abhinav’s video is that the kit bolt, combined with wrong torque while mounting aftermarket bars are what caused the problem. Installing RE’s bars or bars approved by RE shouldn’t be a problem… I agree, I really like (so far) the Himalayan. Can’t wait to test one out … 🙏🏻🙏🏻

It’s not an issue, as long as you don’t slap garbage bars on the bike …
