What is your perspective on the Yips possibly being physical and the early symptoms of TOS? Have you worked with players who have had TOS and if so what was your approach?
We have worked with many players who have experienced TOS symptoms and have had it as well. The biggest thing is to look at the entire picture through our assessment process. We look at the entire body and see if there are things that could be causing those symptoms to arise (compressed nerve, depressed shoulders, etc.) but yes, I would say these symptoms could be misdiagnosed as yips thats why taking a look at the entire picture is so important.
This is the kind of stuff that sets your channel apart ben and gang. Here is a link on point. I struggled at times with this. It's a terrible feeling.... Had better luck coming in relief or closing ... It's like my lower half can't sync up

I tend to get this when I’m throwing into a 9 pocket. I can’t focus on where I want to locate especially my slider
Throwing to a catcher can be a huge unlock for some guys especially training for command.
What would you recommend for someone who has yips in catch play/light throwing/pfp’s but is fine when throwing full speed on mound or long tossing?
Do you a big difference in some athletes game velocities versus there bullpen velocities?
It depends per individual, but yes we typically see a slight tick in velocity compared to a bullpen with no hitter in the box.
