Hi ! How are you? I was wondering, do you get samples of perfumes before you purchase a full bottle ? I noticed you Have full bottles of scents you don't particularly like so What do you do with your full bottles of those? Do you return them or sell them or just keep them in your collection ? Hi there Michelle😊 im fine thanks.. how are you? No, i mostly blind buy all of my perfumes exept for a few ones that i got sample from.. A couple i have tried in the store and some of them did smell different when i got home.. I usually know what i like to buy by reading the notes and stuff but sometimes i get unlucky.. And if i use them depends.. The ones i really don't like ( is about 10-15 bottles) i just keep them in my collection ( And maybe one day i will like them) some i gave away to my sister.. And the ones i find ok i do use every now and then, and some of the ones i didn't like before i do like now since my taste of fragrance has changes a bit.. so overall i think im quiet lucky with my blind buys😊
Oh sorry I hit send by mistake .... Yes actually I find the same thing happens to me ! recently I have revisited some samples I previously dismissed and have found them more wearable. Which makes me happy because I have quite a few. (And I'm always going to get more samples) Lol And also if you test them out during different seasons it makes quite the difference , Huh ?! And Sometimes when I watch perfume reviews ,I get a different perspective on a scent I didn't love at first. it's amazing how that happens isn't it ?! So now I know and keep my samples for at least a year before I decide I can't wear something. Thanks for sharing your collection :) happy sniffing ! ~Michelle
Oh, thats nice:) Its nice when the scent suddenly smells better then you remember( Maybe its the age:P) and suddenly you like a scent that you didn`t care much for before.. But nothings better than that:) And yes, some smells different in other seasons to.. I think for example the Alien in this video may smell better in the winter, cause its a little strong for the summer time.. But i do use most of my fragrances all year around, But offcourse i have perfumes that i wear more in the summer and winter time than others.. Just simply because they smell better in that season:) Yes.. i know what you mean.. A review can make you love or hate the scent more, and the thing is that when you watch different view with the same perfume, all have different opinions about it.
