    What a wonderful way to use these materials! The way you placed the green made it look lacy or open wire effect. Beautiful!. So happy to have found your video. Please make more 💗

    Notice you didn't show removing the piece FROM the tile before baking. I don't know if that was edited out of the video or removing wasn't necessary. DOES it have to be lifted off the tile before baking or will it release from the tile when it hardens during the baking process? Sorry if you've answered this somewhere else. thanks!

    I know that song playing in the background. It's called: Brave New Beat. The Ragbirds do it. You should look it up. (theirs has lyrics to it). Anyway, thank you for doing these amazing videos, to show us how to do these! I've made a couple of the vintage ones you did. So cool!

    LOVE THIS!!!!! Is the big stone opaque? Just thought if instead of a dark color, would a silver foil make it translucent? The "chain" work is lovely. You should get a signature line of jewelry published and write a book with directions....I'd pay 20.00 for it easily! Thank you for sharing this beautiful creation with us!😊💙💛🌟

    Legit though, this would be 1,000x easier, and faster if you use an extruder. At least for me anyway. Lol

      I love when polymer clay artisans create by hand. The last thing I need are more craft machines. 😁

    • @InAHollowTree
      @InAHollowTree Před 3 lety +2

      For smaller projects like this,I've found my extruder to be more trouble than it's worth with all the cleaning, etc.

    • @Binkles
      @Binkles Před 3 lety +1

      I agree! I find that I look for ways NOT to use the extruder. Just thinking about my hand and wrist aching from turning that tight and screechy handle gives me a headache!
      Count me in as one who thinks your finished piece is incredible! Folks who don’t know about polymer will never know that’s what it is. Heck; even people who work with polymer think it looks like real metal. You’ve done a marvelous thing here, and I envy your talent! 💋

    Could you tell me if putting the gem with the clay in the oven is a good option? Is it safe?
    Please do reply!

    Is it sturdy and will it hold the pendant in place?

    • @handmadearttime
      @handmadearttime  Před 5 měsíci

      Yes, it's quite sturdy! The polymer clay is baked to a hard finish, ensuring it's strong enough to securely hold the pendant in place.

      Handmade Art Time: I do not know where you are located, but in the U.S..... different Polymer Clays sometimes require different times and temperatures.
      For instance: Sculpy makes several types and even within their brand,some temp and times are different and they do not recommend mixing clays with different requirements. But,at least all the brands I have purchased have really simple directions for baking. ILove your work!Thank you for sharing it!
      (But... I do enjoy shutting the sound off.

      @@handmadearttime Want to say you do a great jewellery piece . ;)))
      I would like to ask your advice.
      I have a problem with baking sculpley /premo in home oven.
      When even trying to keep the right temperature, by using inside thermometer it’s not baked well and crash the art piece.
      What could you suggest?
      I noticed when I put number 2 in oven it’s getting slightly solid.
