This song is very dark and romantic like a beautifully built up thunderstorm that blows in the deepest of twilights. This man is singing about how he feels for a particular woman and how he is willing to make himself vulnerable to prove his love for her. Even the guitar screams his ebb and flow of passion for someone he TRULY cares for. This love song is beautiful; dark but beautiful. Coming back to hear it after many years makes me appreciate just how this song expresses the heart of the artist. My man's is looking for love and is willing to do anything to obtain it.
