What a wonderful assortment of authentic accents.
Wow! That lady with the McIntosh chair is a stunner!! She's got that "old" glamour beauty about her..Absolutely gorgeous! Nevermind the chair lol
But dishonest. An honest person would have told the seller what it was. Not many people would have done that, mind you.
Love the man who values clock and watches beautiful speaker
amazing craftmanship in the the the big hunk of furniture hidden in the shed
the 1st lady with the chair....omg what a beauty!
Just scrolling down the comments to see if anybody else have noticed as well..What a beauty indeed!
@@bayleeg9905 Lol! There are more comment of her beauty!
The Glasgow boys sound like a fascinating group
How could anyone reject the pieces by "the Glasgow Boys"...they are wonderful.
21:02 Poor man walking behind Hugh, caught in the act of deep nose exploring.
Ha Ha😅
I'm here for the accents.
I think the guy near the end with the huge piece of furniture brought the piece in as a joke and probably thought the appraiser was either nuts or just having him on! He'll probably run out now and sell it!!!
Is no one going to mention the fact that the lady with the McIntosh chair is absolutely stunning?
Absolutely stunning.
As a professional make-up artist, I was instantly blown away by her beauty. Cheekbones for days.
Go to the Roadshow to meet chicks ..who knew😊😊
The lady with the Macintosh chair is beautiful
And smart
I am shocked she knew about red gum wood. It is the heart wood of the sweet gum tree which grows in the American south where I live. The tree has to be huge and very old, so it is long gone now.
A pound of tea for 300pounds? Doubt it. More like a week's wages of a skilled tradesman
Somebody went to my grandmother's house and forced her to sell a clock for a few hundred dollars. It was worth we be over 10 grand USD.
The people who take advantage of the elderly need a special place in prison and then hell.
I know of a picker in my area who bought a valuable painting from an older lady for $25 - people like that used to be rampant in the business. Thankfully people are becoming more educated in what they have and the horror stories are not as common!
Same thing happened to me with my parents. when their Persian carpets were sold for peanuts.
Sadly this happens all too often. Some people are ruthless in exploiting the elderly. Once you’ve invited these people into your home they’ll not leave until they’ve got what they want.
How did they "force" her?
Ha Muirhouse at the start!
Shitehole
10:30 LOL
✔️
Why did you just abruptly end it during the show?
@nyingma13. Because it was past your bedtime 😂
The tape broke.
8:32 What a beautiful specimen, absolutely exquisite. I would put the value at 15 heartbreaks, replacement value at 20.
