ShartimusPrime Biography:
Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

The female figures have been really good this year Black Widow is a good contender for figure of the year.
The animated series was my introduction to Spider-Man so I'm satisfied with the 2 pack. Only complaints are the lack of fists for Green Goblin and the fact that the box was mangled in transit.
For an animated series cartoon version from the 90's I think they are doing a good job with this line. The characters match very well as far as I can tell.

Wait, so they added tooling so that his glider can now sit on a stand, similar to Hawkeyes sky-cycle.. but didn't include a stand with the figure? Hasbro really cheap out some times - this guy seriously needed a flight stand.. and pinless joints.

The short hair Black Widow head sculpt as a Mary Jane head sculpt looks dope as the Mary Jane from Spider Man's MTV 3D animated series.
I love mine, this is my first ever Green Goblin and yes he is a bit gummy and he needs a trigger hand and fisted hands. MJ looks amazing and she even has dimples in her cheeks. 10/10 set

Awesome review and love that Green Goblin figure. I hope one day we'll get a 1970's Nicholas Hammond Spider-Man figure that's a figure I would love for my collection. I grew up watching the series as a kid and that to me is the first live action Spider-Man and of course the Electric Company Spidey too. Shart! In the cartoon green goblin had no scales so Hasbro nailed it! And how you put the new bendy wire tentacles in that doc Ock? I can get them in mine, they don't want to plug in the bottom holes.🤦🏽♂️
He did have scales in the cartoon, they just were more subtle
@shartimusprime Not sure if you’re aware or not but when you went to show the figures along side the other figures from the animated series the Doctor Octopus you showed hanging on your display was not the animated version either. When you said you were using the comic version as a stand in I expected to see the animated one on the display, but that wasn’t the case. Not sure what you actually did with the animated one but it would’ve been nice to see either along side the others or on the display.

I like how they don't really put shading in the figures and just use the design, and seeing how a lot of times the design ls are comic accurate you can use them as a 616 display

Shartimus, the Harry head has the "makeup" for a reason. Its not make up, its eyebags and strains on his face. Harry in the show had a more sickly look when he became the goblin. His cheeks sunk in and he had intense eyebags from stress. Norman didn't have that in the show. But Harry did. Its especially noticeable in his iconic mental breakdown scene, where even Peter is freaked out by his face

Man that goblin head sculpt, so good, yeah so enticing just based on that but. The gummy plastic it seems to have is off putting as always. I have not gotten any of these 2 packs but I am leaning towards this one the most. I just wish the price would drop a bit. Awesome review bro

Got my set a few days ago. First happy to finally get an animated series GG and although I appreciate the unmasked head I agree it should have that extra blush on his face. I also don’t like the gummy elbow joints on him and feel like with any hard pressure they can break. With MJ being the first time I have one now I feel like I have to get the PP and Smythe 2 pack but still going to wait on a bigger body sculpt on the animated spidey because I think he’s too short and animated spidey was a bigger guy.
i think the bags under the eyes is what he looks like in the show at certain times. but ya i wish they didn't do it
I wasn't expecting to like this 2pack so much. MJ is fine but man GREEN GOBLIN is 🔥 I was so happy and suprised. and the is doing all of the job to make him look fantastic. Norman head is good too, much better in person IMO. And like you I'm happy I finally could add decent GG on my display but....... I'm still counting on THE DEFINITIVE Comic book classic green goblin (especially the same thing with hobgoblin) some cool new accessories, new bodymold cause he deserves it and this time more bright purple than this dark and pink. For me that's perfect look for him. like in the spiderman life story or I think it was called: ,, Gwen Stacy - The Night I Died (Clone Conspiracy)" or something like that. That's perfect look for him and I'm really crossing fingers hasbro will finally make him someday🤞

It’s a good two pack my only gripe about it obviously are the pinned arms and legs on the goblin when we could have gotten the same parts but pinless from the new Hawkeye figure. They also forgot to paint his neck green, they left it unpainted this time unlike the original retro card variant. Also I’m not sure if it was just mine but the goblins elbow joints feel very fragile and bendy

The two things I'd change about this Green Goblin figure is fists and make the pink darker.
The Black Widow head looked fantastic on the MJ body. I think I am going to go that route.

Man, these are terrible. They just look like super articulated Fisherprice baby toys with the lack of paint and sculpting done to them. Even the 80s and 90s Marvel action figure had more detail
