How much does everyone in the comments want to taste that special sauce?
Zappa Woman as a younger woman I made that same sauce all the time for my boys. My grandfather taught me how to make it. When I saw this video I wanted to go get the meat and make some. Lol brought back memories.

I want to taste everything he makes. Everything looks delicious!
Love your singing and dancing! Brings many similes to my face. Thank you!
growing up I had a best friend who was italian and her grandma would invite me over for Sunday and Wednesday dinner. she would make this EXACTTT dish. finding this video brought back so many good memories 🥺 now im hungry. and it IS Sunday... hmmm
Oh yeah baby! That's a real feast, but you're missing the vino again!!
I've seen recipes for Sunday Gravy that are too complicated to attempt, but your recipe shows everything that can be purchased in a regular supermarket (with the exception your homemade tomato sauce). It looks delicious and I know I can do this now myself. Thank you chef!
OMG!! I Love This Guy...…..
Me too!
I adore making your recipes because each one is fabulous. Plus there are never any leftovers because family & guests take seconds! So grateful you share your Italian heritage & recipes! I make one of your recipes at least once a week if not more! Thank you so much!
So happy you enjoy the recipes! Thank you, Amy, cin cin!
What an absolute gem of a channel! So happy I found you!
"Henry says don't let the sauce stick." "I stirrin' it!"

Chef Pasqual, thank you. You have renewed my passion for cooking and remind me of how easy good quality meals are. Just wanted to let you know. Oh yeah!!!
I have been looking for this recipe for at least 40 years! When I was a teenager I dated a Sicilian boy and every Sunday his Grandma made this. I LOVED Sunday dinner! Thank you so much for this recipe ❤
May I please come over for dinner?
Love the joy you have cooking, lots of love on this food!
LOVE how you put the brasciole into it at the end! Funny!!! Fantastic recipe!!!!! Very authentic...of course!!!! How could it "not" be? Love it. God Bless!!!!
Made this for Christmas! My family absolutely loved it and will definitely make this again
Stumble on this channel by chance OMG I love it !!! Not only great food, but the please & love of cooking just seeps through - just awesome !!!
You are making us hungry by watching these wonderful videos. You're the best Italian Chef we've ever seen. Graci, Arrivadechi!
Such a joy to watch these videos. Great cook and adorably funny. Perfect for these times. I was starving for humor and great food recipes.
❤still so sweet❤my papa would plant the vegetable garden and he gave me the chore of picking the ripe tomatoes and pulling up the onions and radishes. However, .y Papa knew that i loved flowers and he gave the prized little ground under the air conditioner where it would water my glorious marigolds ❤
Brilliant recipe again
I always brown my meatballs in olive oil before putting in the sauce.
I grew up around people who browned the meatballs but then I boiled them only. So moist and tender.
Oh Chef!, Brasciole is one of my favourite, thank you for sharing your wonderful recipe!
Spinach /Manicotti and Brasciole a tie for my favourite, Fettucine Alfredo, my second! Everything else is my favourite after that! haha!
Im not Italian but I do love the Italian cuisine!! Thanks for sharing!!
Thank you for this great video!

Awesome! I love how you cook meatballs the way my dad does by dropping them in raw. Thumbs up! :)
Was very happy to see meatballs going straight into the gravy. So many families bake or fry them before hand, but my family always puts them straight in. Great video, Jeremy and Diana!
Thank you 😊

Questo e proprio un sugo italianissimo.. Quello che si faceva la Domenica. une meraviglia.. Bravo 👍signore Pasquale
I love him so much 💓
Questo sugo e una meraviglia Buona domenica a lei signore Pasquale..
I am in love!
Since I don't have your homemade sauce, would canned crushed tomatoes or canned tomato sauce be the best match for your sauce? I usually use crushed for my sauce, I like my sauce with a little more body.
I love this guy.
this guy loves you too.

My grandma taught me to always, always, cook "Sunday" sauce (or Spaghetti Sauce) with pork. It lessens the acidity of the tomatoes and gives the "gravy" a finished flavor. We have tried it with chicken and that is good also, just different flavor. Also use sausage or beef/pork meatballs. All depends on what we have and what we feel like, but pork is our favorite. We would first fry (seasoned cast iron skillet!) whatever meat we were using. EXTRA family tip: make a sort of roux for the "gravy"! Take meat out of frying pan and use one can of tomato paste and garlic to soak up all the little brown bits and pan drippings. BE CAREFUL. Easily burnt and you have to throw away. Start on low heat and work up a little at a time until everything is absorbed. Put it in the pot with the rest of the sauce. Use what spices you like but we only use basil, salt, pepper and tiny bit sugar (level teaspoon for big pot. No onion!
I know every Italian/American family have their own cooking traditions. I've always wondered how many other families make the "roux" for their sauce?
Great tips!
It’s Devine!
I don’t put breadcrumbs in meatballs.
love you!
I cooked the marsala and it came out Great thank you for the recipe. I just wish you could include the amounts like 1 cup Marsala and 2 cups ck broth. I am looking for Beef Stew Recipe as I view your cooking recipes. Thank You again keep the videos coming....Lori from NJ

LOOK'D GOOD!!!!
thank you!
Oh yeah Baby🍷Sunday family Dinner looks so good and I know it taste good mangia
Hello, pasquale. Let me first say I am a huge fan of your channel. You remind me so much of my nonna who passed away. Your recipes are so interesting and different from my families. I make them all the time. One thing I was wondering however, was what kind of pork ribs do you use for your Sunday sauce? are they spare? or baby back ribs?
very nice chef
Looks amazing! If I hadn't just spent half of my monthly food budget on meat for a massive pot of Bigos, I would have made this instead. Oh well, I think I can manage to wait until next month to try it ;) Thank you as always for sharing, Pasquale
mmmm bigos! 😋 Let me know next month if you try it
Absolutely adorable!!!! :-)
I love everything authentic. You don't get that anymore.
Where do you get your meat? Beautiful.
I would like to meet this man in person and sit down and break bread with him. I don’t know him, but I have respect for him. Amazing how I can tell he’s the kind of person you automatically love and respect.
ti auguro il meglio insieme alla tua famiglia. Dio vi benedica. continua a cucinare per favore.
lmao!! They didn't waste any time digging into that awesome feast!! Sure wish I was there for that one! :D
So adorable person .
3:56 OH YEAH BABY!!!! That's what I'm talkin about!
Si, anche a Napoli la salsa della Domenica. Però io ci metto i pinoli e uvetta, sale pepe , parmigiano e prezzemolo nei braccioli napoletani. Grazie per i video 😘
This man will live forever ...
This video cured my hangover
I am hungry now!
