  • Hello!
Welcome back to Tip Top Travel. This is my last video in my series detailing my recent skiing trip to Cervinia in Italy. In this video, I go through some key criteria, offering my reviews on Cervinia's location, the ski runs on offer, accessiblity as well as the overall cost of the trip.
This review is by no means intended to be comprehensive, and I am sure there are plenty of videos out there from much more accomplished skiers and travellers than me who can offer a good review. I just wanted to pop this video together to show my thoughts, and I hope I can inspire you one day to make the trip to Cervinia yourself if you have not been.
I hope you enjoy this video, as well as the rest of my Cervinia series. I would appreciate any comments of feedback you can provide which will help me improve my content - as well as a like and a subscription if you are feeling up to it!
I look forward to sharing lots more travel content with you in the future, and I hope you can join me for another video soon! In the meantime, I hope you have a wonderful day, whatever you are getting up to! :)

Hello, nice video! Just wondering, Have you ever been to the Dolomites? I hear it’s lovely to ski there, too.

Yeah sorry about that. I don’t have a camera stabiliser on hand. I hope one day to make the footage better quality.

Well you have Mussolini to thank for that ski resort

    • @cbuatal

The founder of the ski resort was Dino Lora Totino the same who promoted the Courmayeur ski resort and the Mont Blanc tunnel.

@@cbuatal I have no doubt that you are correct. Just that the original lift station I was told when there, that Mussolini wanted to open up the region for skiing and chose that area. Talking to an Italian hairdresser I used to go to, in the UK, he did not have a bad word for the dictator and said he was fed at school and other things being provided.

@@cbuatal Was not really a random person, but an old chap who worked there. Maybe he was like the hairdresser and remembered things from his childhood, just in case you find out differently.

@@dave20thmay If I had asked my grandmother who lived in that place at that time for an opinion, it would have been the opinion of an ordinary person, not that of an historian or an expert.
Certainly an opinion as respectable as any other but it would not have been correct to take it alone as an indisputable proof.
