Making a Umu luau for our family friend going back to New Zealand | MatamaugaAgrofarming | Samoa |

We prepared a last minute umu for our family friend who was returning to New Zealand on the eve of cyclone Gabrielle's touchdown in Auckland. We werent sure if he was going to make his flight but we still went through to get the umu done. Everything was quite easy because we had everything we needed within reach. Taro leaves, coconuts, ufi, taro, etc.
