@@Scraggledust I just want to see a fair trial unfold. Guily or Innocent allow it to fall fairly. This trial has been a circus and I blame the judge.
If you believe that the state\people has proven this guy guilty thus far, you are out of your mind. It's not about bias or non bias, it's the state/people that has the burden of proven this guy guilty, not anyone else. A lawyer is just the legal voice of the accused, they don't have to prove anything except for if the state/people proved their case.

They definitely slammed the brakes on it when Fani Willis’s cellphone records were denied due to not having an expert on the records.

Steel has indeed moved to have the judge recused from the case only for the judge to say "no."

@@Kindculturebrand yeah I figured that was a pretty unfair thing about recusal, that the judge who is being asked to recuse gets to decide. What Steele could do, I think, is do an emergency appeal to the Georgia Court of appeals.

The Judge is so disrespectful towards Shardt. He never agrees with any of his objections (unlike he does with Adams and Steele) and treats him as if he’s a child unworthy of even listening to.
Plus, Judge Granville is as biased as they come!

These lawyers need to file a motion for this judge to recuse himself!! This is ridiculous and this judge’s bias is so evident that he needs to be reprimanded at the very least. These people are playing with peoples lives and the judge is an extention of the prosecution.
The defense did file for the judge’s recusal and a motion for mistrial several times and the judge denies every time as he is the chief judge
