Locals tends not to pay market rate commission, how do you overcome that? The consumers just don’t want to pay 2% for selling and now, with ohmyhome, they just wana pay a fixed rate instead. How do u guys overcome that?

How about the commision? What do Singapore agents get. Here in Indonesia they get 2-3% for free agents and depends on the price of the unit.
Notorious N In singapore there are no fixed rates for commissions, it's based on free negotiations between consumers and the professionals
the common practice is 2% when selling a property. It's negotiable

Would you advice someone at age 38 to drop out existing career and be a property agent? If yes, what steps would you take?
Just curious, when you quoted that the 1000th agent earns an estimated 80k a year, were you referring to Propnex or your division? I read that Propnex has approx. 7k agents so that would work out to be the top 15 percent..

I think that You and Real estate Singapore Agents cann"t accept Real estate Vietnamese Agents and Viet Nam real estate companies in your companies because they always use to call girls whom they can help some Vietnamese agents to losed deals . It Is too bad!
