Levelling up my swim with FORM goggles

I am very excited to be teaming up with FORM as one of the newest FORM Pros.
FORM smart goggles have a display in the lens which shows me accurate, real-time metrics so I can see what’s working and where improvement is needed. This is a crucial part of training and it’s why I trust FORM to power my swim training and on race day, help me close the gap to the front pack.

Kristian, you're my hero. What is your height and weight measurements? A guy did an analysis of your Body Mass Index (BMI) relative to most other male triathletes and found that yours is about 24 but the average professional triathlete is about 21. Given that you had the fastest run split at the Tokyo Olympics that's extremely impressive.
