- The culture of Surat has shaped over time as people have migrated from diverse backgrounds into the city. People from various communities like Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Parsi,Burmese, Christian are collectively known as the Surtis.
In this episode, we explored the Old Surat- Zampa Bazar and tried the authentic surati delicacies. Watch the whole video to experience the local cuisine of Surat.

You said right water also plays great role in prepared food. Now as water of Ahmedabad since water started from Mahi river now you do not get same taste of Naan ,or any baking item same as we use to get when water was from river Sabarmati.
Surat is more known for vegeterian good

Gujrat is in West part of India, Surat is in southern part of Gujrat.
Its look very odd not to offer food to your walking partner, you must offer every food to him at the beginning, it will make your show more natural and fare.
His partner here probably doesn't eat beef and that might be the reason otherwise in all other videos you notice, he shares his food
