Even then, it would still eventually get to this point again due to the fact that there is no human being that doesn't harbor a murderous intent. Honestly if you don't get on 035's bad side, he seems like an all right dude. He doesn't wanna cause humanities destruction, because in his own way he adores it. I'm not saying he isn't dangerous, he is extremely so, but he is not like 079, or 682 that kill for the sake of evolution, or just to cause extinction. I do believe 035 is telling the truth when he says he brings out the best in his hosts, despite it killing them eventually. He does not want humanity dead, because if that happened he would essentially become inert and lose his purpose.

as alright as he may seem, throught the interview, he was trying to manipulate him to do his bidding but since he was too stuborn he desided to subdue him by force. he will do what ever he wants even if it means killng or harming people in order to satiate hes hunger for entertainment and knowledge
1) So in the Hanged King it reveals that 035 is a Lord from a plane similar to Carcosa 2) He was banished for an unrevealed crime or infraction 3) The other Lords are considered to be extremely dangerous and to be avoided. They are outright hostile to humans who come into their proximity 4) 035 sincerely had and currently has a fondness for some people. Plague Doctor was hopeless and alone. Watch is hopeless and alone. 5) 035 expresses discontent at the suffering of the people he takes over. On some level be abhors his state for reasons beyond the pragmatic ones. I think the entire reason that 035 is here and has a grudge with people is because we are the reason he was expelled. It isn't by a slight, either. I believe he was a comparatively benevolent entity towards mankind while acting as a Lord in that city and was ostracized for it. In regards to Watch I think it's sort of obvious that 035 is helping him out of simple compassion. He invigorated him with assertiveness and a measure of attractiveness. Both of these were pried out of Watches mouth by him. Why give him these traits? They don't help his cause at all. It would make him harder to manipulate. After all, he had MORE than enough time to take him over properly but DIDN'T. 035 is playing the Foundation on multiple levels and I don't believe he is anywhere near as evil as he is letting on.

In a way, I actually feel bad far SCP-035, even though he's a malevolent mask, yes, he does possess his victims and they die at some point, but in the process, he realizes what they lose due to the memories he ends up sharing with his host , so in a way, I think he sometimes wishes he wasn't created.
The part where 035 was saying that him and 049 were “lovers” struck me hard with happiness.... until he said he was joking. Oh well, at least he had some backstory with 049.

My favorite part about this is how it's subtly shown that 035 is starting to gain the trust of the interviewer. Like how the interviewer may make a jovial rebuttal. It's really shown when he was apparently willing to try and get entertainment installed for 035
Yeah you can see him trying to get watch on his side throughout the whole interview. It seems as if the scps know more about watch than he knows about himself especially when you see the 079 interview and he says that watch is anomalous.
The interviewer has changed after the talk to scp-035, however... even though he hasn’t been hurt or possessed in any way... it’s like scp-035 has changed his opinion about the facility itself... That's...geez. That's one hell of a backstory for 049. Learning how adversely the affably-psychotic Frankenstein-y necromancer was affected by the ravages of the Black Death was shockingly emotional. The idea of basically being able to resurrect the dead only to realize to one's horror that you had to keep bringing back the same dead...I can at least start to understand his obsession with observing and studying the mechanics of death itself and bringing back the dead in states that might defy what made them thus.

it's a theater play joke... the fourth wall, the one that separates the audience from the actors... the actors cross it once the play is done, and what bigger play than the SCP foundation, they think they are in control, but the actors just let them think they are.
I must say, the more I watch this series of videos the more I find myself agreeing with the theory that "Watch" is indeed an SCP. Like in the last video where 035 goes monster mode for a moment while talking about his parents, the 0-5 didn't seemed concerned about Watch's safety in the slightest, and yes I understand that they don't care about anyone anyway, but considering how is ensuring that "Watch" doesn't leave the Foundation, I would find it a much more interesting explanation if the 0-5 doesn't want him to leave due to him being an SCP.

Honestly if you don't get on 035's bad side, he seems like an all right dude. He doesn't wanna cause humanities destruction, because in his own way he adores it. I'm not saying he isn't dangerous, he is extremely so, but he is not like 079, or 682 that kill for the sake of evolution, or just to cause extinction. I do believe 035 is telling the truth when he says he brings out the best in his hosts, despite it killing them eventually. He does not want humanity dead, because if that happened he would essentially become inert and lose his purpose.

Things like 682 and 079 do not need humanity to thrive. 035 uses humans, and if they died out he would essentially become inert and lose all reason to exist.

If i was an Scp i would've been so sick of "Watch" i would transform into my god form for a few moments
1) So in the Hanged King it reveals that 035 is a Lord from a plane similar to Carcosa
2) He was banished for an unrevealed crime or infraction
3) The other Lords are considered to be extremely dangerous and to be avoided. They are outright hostile to humans who come into their proximity
4) 035 sincerely had and currently has a fondness for some people. Plague Doctor was hopeless and alone. Watch is hopeless and alone.
5) 035 expresses discontent at the suffering of the people he takes over. On some level be abhors his state for reasons beyond the pragmatic ones.
I think the entire reason that 035 is here and has a grudge with people is because we are the reason he was expelled. It isn't by a slight, either. I believe he was a comparatively benevolent entity towards mankind while acting as a Lord in that city and was ostracized for it.
In regards to Watch I think it's sort of obvious that 035 is helping him out of simple compassion. He invigorated him with assertiveness and a measure of attractiveness.
Both of these were pried out of Watches mouth by him. Why give him these traits? They don't help his cause at all. It would make him harder to manipulate. After all, he had MORE than enough time to take him over properly but DIDN'T.
035 is playing the Foundation on multiple levels and I don't believe he is anywhere near as evil as he is letting on.

it's a theater play joke... the fourth wall, the one that separates the audience from the actors... the actors cross it once the play is done, and what bigger play than the SCP foundation, they think they are in control, but the actors just let them think they are.
I must say, the more I watch this series of videos the more I find myself agreeing with the theory that "Watch" is indeed an SCP. Like in the last video where 035 goes monster mode for a moment while talking about his parents, the 0-5 didn't seemed concerned about Watch's safety in the slightest, and yes I understand that they don't care about anyone anyway, but considering how is ensuring that "Watch" doesn't leave the Foundation, I would find it a much more interesting explanation if the 0-5 doesn't want him to leave due to him being an SCP.
