Kenny, from what I've seen by experimenting with 3 team trades is that if you make the other 2 teams trade between themselves as well, they will accept what you're offering them much more easily!!! I don't know if they "fixed" it in 2K23, but that used to work in 2K21 and 2K22.
Day 4 of asking for the "get assets and flip em" you have to draft the first 4 rounds of a fantasy draft and then you have to trade the WHOLE ENTIRE TEAM and simulate the year then the next year rebuild the team to try and win championship
Now this was a nail biter and an actual challenge!
Hey Kenny love your videos and I’m obsessed with 2k sims now. I just saw your video last year on “the nba with only 16 teams” I think it’s an amazing idea. I found a way to fix the playoff issue, you can create two expansion teams, and 16 of the now 18 teams will be in the playoffs. Hope you can make some content from this idea!
I’d also try choosing a really small number of protected players to add to the parity
Lastly, make the lottery between only the two worst teams!

Here's a challenge that might actually be impossible, but would still love to see you try.
Kratos challenge: the god(squad) killer.
Rebuild a team to complete the "lottery pick" playoff gauntlet. Team 1 is the best players picked at 1-2, Team 2 is the best picked at 3-5, and Team 3 is the best picked at 6-14.
Build a team with players drafted outside of the lottery to win a championship. Decide which of the three teams below is the best and put them in the opposite conference. The other two have to be in your conference, making it likely you’d have to face all three in route to a title.

Kyrie, Ant, Cade, Ingram, Ayton

Idea: Create a team but swap a player with any team you lose too throughout the season.
kenny got lucky with that one three-teamer BUT KENNY! three team trades are usually: your team gives something to Team B, Team B to Team C, Team C to your team. That's the base of the trade. you can the add some stuff to get from team b but the base has to be there

The Bandwagon Challenge:
Simulate a season, you can acquire assets, but you CAN NOT make the playoffs in year one. Whoever wins the NBA championship, trade for everyone on that team including end of the bench guys, (even guys who go somewhere else in FA) and then make the necessary trades after that to win a champion ship with mostly the same roster.

You should do a video where everyone on your team has a shot tendency below their position average (no changing positions, 10 man roster) and try to win a championship!
2k challenge: you pick a college and every single person on your team has to be from that college
VIDEO IDEA: You should take the 2k rookie versions of 3 nba legends at the same position and combine them by taking the best atrubute to the biggest guy. For example for pg you could choose Magic curry and the glove so you have magic's size and passing while having GP's defense and curry shooting.
I think a way to make it tougher, is every win you have to trade with the team you beat

Rules
1. Pick a random team, Sim draft
2. Make 8 trades max for the season as per players pictured ( Chris Paul, James Harden, Devin Booker, Ben Simmons, Tristan Thompson, Kyle Kuzma, Jordan Clarkson and Blake Griffin)
3.Those trade must include you receiving at least one of the players listed. They can be traded away but they must be on the final roster.
4. Each time those listed players get traded away, they loose one level of a random badge via random number generator or wheel (if it lands on a bronze badge, that badge is removed)

Challenge idea: Trade for the entire 2022 all NBA first team and all NBA second team for a ten man rotation. Bonus get the third team also for a complete roster and 3peat. This might be impossible so let's see if you can do it.

If a player on your team isn’t born in the same year as you, you fail this challenge.
Day 1:
Kenny should rebuild a team of players but none of them has scored over 20 pts in a single game this year.
The No Losers Challenge:
Sim 1 year of a fantasy draft, pick one PLAYOFF LOCK (top 6 or higher seed) team from each conference to make a blockbuster trade (or trades) with each other that makes it so BOTH of their records improve the following season. You have 3 seasons to do this and have one of them win a championship. You can switch teams every season if you want, but you have to switch both teams if you do.
Do a rebuild where you try to build an 82-0 team, if you lose a game you have to take over that team, this goes on until the playoff. Win a championship. Turn off trade deadline.

A tip when you 9 games back again in a challenge, just trade talent like you did, but only in teams in the same conference with you. Tank the other teams:-)
Even bigger challenge for you: Do exactly this same challenge but with the Lakers, only having 2 1st round picks, real impossible challenge but if anyone can do this, is you!

GREATEST GM EVER!
I just tried and beat this challenge after a few attempts. I found the best way to get wins early is to start 2 Centers, run a defensive system, and select ‘Crash Defensive Glass’ in the coaching menu. I ended up getting a win in the 5th game. By the end I ran a 5 man rotation of:
PG - Darius Garland
SG - Jaylen Brown
SF - Ben Simmons (playing on 2k22 so he’s still an 84)
PF - Robert Williams
C - Clint Capela
Moral of the story, Rebounds get wins.
VIDEO IDEA: Mix two NBA goats rookie versions in 2k and see if one of your creations becomes the next goat but here are the rules each creations has to be the same position for example ray Allen and Mj for SG or Wilt and Bill for center do this 3 or 2 times
