@@pfskill - Actually it's NOT! If you're restoring a car or a house it is, but in restoring a battery you are only cleaning it out and replacing the fluid. If you have to disassemble it to replace a cell or cells then it is rebuilding.
This is not restoration, much less construction, this is a manual on how to be poisoned by Lead, poor man doesn't know how dangerous handling lead is.

wow, that did have a fair bit of preparation, it would be awesome if there was a list of the things that he did step by step, such as was that flux, or lead that he was melting to make a union of the partitions & also what were the leaf sheets of fibre exactly paper tissue or some type of gasket fabric, & what were the terminals made of flux or lead, & was that just ordinary tap water, distillated water or acid that went back into the battery at the end? I am not trying to find any fault with what was done, but I would like to be able to know for my own benefit, that was very interesting, I would use PPE, myself but I understand different conditions all around the world exist, people work with what facilities they have, this was very interesting what was being done. & it looked also like he was able to plastic melt the original points "circular holes" back together where the original lead sleeves were connected to. & was the top melted back on with the rods of a hot glue gun except just melted with heat? it was good, very interesting👌👍

Nah, just like the acid in these is perfectly harmless to drink if your thirsty, but after handling this stuff, guy wont have any fingers left. But dont worry, he is using class 2 PPE called 'Papersavie' he will be fine....🤏 and of course the water from his rinsing goes straight into the water gully were you find children playing.. 🙄
