"MOSCOW, July 15. /TASS/. The UN Secretariat has failed to take an balanced stance on the developments in the Ukrainian city of Vinnitsa, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.
When asked to comment on UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres’s statments about developments in Vinnitsa, she said that "contrary to the requirements of the UN Charter, the Secretariat fails to take an equidistant stance, which is what one would expect from the secretariat of the most reputable international organization, particularly designed to help resolve disputes."
"I would like to remind my respected colleagues at the UN Secretariat that their goal is not to take anyone’s side in controversial situations but to facilitate efforts to maintain peace and stability. This is what they are paid for and what they are mandated to do," Zakharova pointed out.
She also emphasized that the United Nations should know from the Russian Defense Ministry’s reports that a strike on Vinnitsa, which involved Kalibr high-precision missiles, "targeted a garrison officers' club where consultations between the command of the Ukrainian air forces and representatives of foreign weapons suppliers were underway." "We recommend that Guterres ask Ukraine why the Kiev regime keeps establishing military facilities in close proximity to civilian ones," the Russian diplomat maintained.
Besides, in Zakharova’s words, neither Guterres nor any other official from the UN Secretariat condemned "an attack on civilians and civilian infrastructure" when it came to the shelling of Kursk, Belgorod or Novaya Kakhovka."

I've seen an absolutely horrible video where people are recording the missiles flying and exploding, it is unbelievably scary...
Apparantly the sound it makes while falling is by far the scariest part, because during that time you're wondering if it's right above you or 5-10 metres away... then when you finally hear the explosion it is a relief because that means it landed nearby and you aren't dead

Info: The building that the rocket hit is called the officers' house, one part of this building was destroyed to the ground, probably the cars in the parking caught fire from the wreckage of the building. Russian Ministry of Defense claimed that there was meeting of Ukraine Air Force commanders with arms suppliers.

Dog won’t leave your side depending on how brave it is and how much it has the will to overpower his fear and stay with you. I have two dogs brother and sister. Male which is bigger and stronger would run away from some dangerous situations for me, but female never left my side even when there were a pack of angry dogs in front of us. That’s how I knew their personalities and hearts were different and female(not always a rule of course) was more loyal or just maybe braver let’s say.

No, Putin just needs to be out. His obsession for unified former soviet states, is indirectly destroying the world. Breaking Russia into a ton of small countries is a backward step for the whole region. Basically look at Europe. Europe would be much better if they had no borders, same path of advancement, same language. Instead we got a tens of countries with their own sense of grandeur, resisting to better change because traditions, history and culture are more important, trying to push the money to their side.
