I personally see no justification to call God's love reckless. None whatsoever.
I'm glad that in my language this song was translated "limitless love" so, we've got the song and we've got it with biblical theology 🤭🤭🤭

Neither is youtube lol, computers, guitars, pianos, microphones, tshirts, baseball caps, stage lighting, button shirts, amplifiers, laptops, wrist watches, jeans, sneakers, ear peices, electronics, overhead screen an the internet and thats just in this video... What about cars, planes, phones, microwave ovens, tv, planes, trains, helicopters, hospitals, Cinema?
So disappointed they would do a Bethel song...Bethel leads people into bad theology and another jesus. So disappointed:(:(:( Gods love is not reckless...
I used to take issue with this song...until I closely examined the verses. There are clear ideas of an all-knowing God found in the verses, and then the same God is described as “reckless.” How many other words may we use (that may not be entirely accurate) in an attempt to describe an infinite God with finite vocabulary and minds? To us, that type of love seems reckless. To the all-knowing God, it isn’t.

The song means that God won't let anything stand in the way of loving us. Reckless would come across as extreme love that he would even give His Son up
From your point of view it's not reckless. I'm guessing you were maybe brought up into a Christian household. When someone has heard the Gospel this is most definitely how they can view God's love for us. It's probably one of the most raw reactions to learning of God's love for us and being unable to fully comprehend it. I can guarantee you that you are unable to comprehend it. However, discernment tells me to stay away from Bethel.
