[AlpiSim] CabView Train Simulator BB22200 OpenRails

The BB22200 console is interfaced for the moment via Arduino boards with the OpenRails PC simulation.
The actual console of a locomotive has been reassembled, the wiring, the choice of electronic components, programming and interfacing with OpenRails is done by the author himself.
Current preparation (PC) with HBA controls, InitKVB, Lumitex validation, engine test.
Z (SE) TSF acts as HBA for switching on the console.
Remember to activate the subtitles.
