I just came across your channel today & I wanna start by saying how incredibly brave you are & thank you so much for sharing your cancer journey ❤ I just lost the only sister I had to small cell lung cancer, it was stage 4 when I finally was able to talk her into letting me take her to get her lingering cough checked out. It was already stage 4 with metastasis to the liver, kidneys, & the base of her spine. I took a leave of absence, moved her in with me & cared for her 24/7. I buried my 37 year old sister on Christmas Day. My heart & prayers go out to you & to your family. Sending all the love & light I possibly can 🙏🙏🙏🙏

So sorry for your loss 💔 I lost my identical twin to stage 4 lung cancer. It was the brain tumour that ended her life at 58. She lived about 3000 kms away and I was unable to fly and see her before she was taken off life support as I was extremely ill coming cold turkey off a nasty medication called Lyrica. Her ashes were sent to me through the mail. I will never come to terms with the fact she has gone because I was unable to say goodbye. I talk to her and sometimes sleep with her ashes which are in a beautiful small heart shaped receptacle ❤

I am so so sorry sweetie your losing your mother to brain cancer. I went through losing my dad to bladder cancer so I know what your going through. It is a pain you cant even begin to imagine unless youve been through it. When you have to tell your loved one its ok to go home and be with god, that is a pain that is just so dibilitating. So i know the heartbreak your feeling and i am so sorry. Nobody should ever feel that amount of pain. But Just know that your never alone honey, never. I love seeing your videos pop up. My mom had lung cancer and it had spread to her bones. Please be careful!! She fell on my parents anniversary and broke her hip. I just can across your videos this week But I’m going back and watching the earlier videos. My daughter in law was told she had breast cancer last July 2022 at 40 years old and only 4 months later her husband (my son) was diagnosed with saliva gland cancer at age 43. It was overwhelming for a couple to have to tell their three children (my grandkids) that both parents have cancer. But God gave them the strength to face surgery and treatment. So your difficult cancer journey touches my heart😢. I have prayed for you that you know Jesus as your personal Savior. May God give you comfort, peace and strength to face each day

Your channel showed up today and it really hits home! My husband was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer a year ago and has been on Tegrisso! It is metastasized to his lower spine, but so far we can still go for walks and he does Taichi for stretching his back. No one knows what the future holds but I pray that things improve for you. My sister had cancer as well & she always felt like she didn’t need help because she felt like she was losing her independence until she passed but there is nothing wrong in asking for help if needed. ♥️ they are there to help ease your pain and comfort you in any way possible! Yes you are definitely a strong brave compassionate woman! Your husband is strong to even though it’s difficult of course. My daughter was diagnosed with cancer at 13 eight months ago. I understand the fears. She’s in remission now but still going through tons of chemotherapy and all that medication stuff. It hurts. Though we don’t meet, we do get to know you and actually love you, feeling your highs and your lows as fully as possible. I have been following all along though today is my first comment because you have been very busy tryin to maintain your best lives possible, such hard work! I am a retired RN and do see how things are going now but you both speak so bravely yet frankly and truthfully about your changing condition. I admire you and Tom more than you can ever know! I wish I could be there to support you at this difficult time (the RN in me never goes away!). I am thrilled to hear how wonderful your Hospice experience is for it is a silver lining in this very trying time you are all going through! Seeing today’s video diary was a huge relief for me as I have been anxious and anxiously awaiting for another one. How amazing you both are for keeping ongoing conversations with the many of us who care about you when it would be much easier to just shut down? My mom was treated with dexamethasone in the hospital for covid, but it made her hyperactive and couldn't really sleep. She was active and cleaning and sanitizing everything in her room and bathroom which she shared with three other people. She was doing stuff all the time. Please look up Fenbendazole. It may work against cancer. I read some stuff about ot on Google, and watched a video on CZcams about an older man who says he got cured of a form of metastatic cancer that was all over his body. I can relate so much to your family’s experience. My dad had nsclc, egfr l858r, took Tagrisso too, and had Leptomeningeal disease. Your symptoms now are so familiar except he didn’t throw up. Please be mindful of swallowing difficulty so that you avoid aspiration pneumonia. Ivy may not notice, but if the people around could pay attention to what may be symptoms of seizure so that you’re given appropriate meds asap. Seizures are not always body shaking, but nonetheless they’re dangerous if left untreated. I’m wondering if your parking lot fall was seizure. Hope there’s always someone with you. I appreciate your openness to sharing your experience. As an adult child, it helps to see a parent handling this time of their life with honesty, acceptance, and courage. Positive thoughts your way!

Hi Ivory! I came across one of your videos last week and thru your videos that i have watched i see how you are explaining everything in a way i can understand. My father passed away 10 years ago from lung cancer at the young age of 73. Dad was diagnosed with stage 4 and once he was diagnosed i was in shock, especially since my dad was a health nut, didn’t smoke, rarely drank and was very good about his diet. To make a long story short, he passed away 1 & 1/2 month later. Dad was the most selfless person I know. Stay strong in your faith, you are a trooper and have gone thru so much. Please don’t hesitate to ask for help, you have family,friends,hospice there if you need them and i know that your viewers are here for you also. You are a strong woman and loved by many.
