Thank you for doing “you are” meditations! And on so many topics. Almost everyone does “I am” meditations and those don’t work for me. (They sound to me like the narrator is talking about themselves, and while I’m happy for THEM, those meditations do nothing for me! 😂)

🥰 ' Simply deciding to have my dream friends ' love that . I always felt they were the types residing in their dream lives , creative successes so to speak. They set the high standard , examples and everything in-between just hurts dynamically some how , so why bother ? Those " dream friends " better show up soon
