Carmillacon, the little con that could, is the first exclusive convention for “Carmilla”, the little queer webseries that could. “Carmilla” follows the story of a plucky freshman journalism major and her friends to take on a cult of vampires, a giant anglerfish god, and an actual death goddess opening the gates of hell. On October 5th & 6th fans from all over the world traveled to Toronto to see panels, get autographs, photo-ops and meet and greets with the cast and creators.

Dana was spot on. the word for the Carmilla cast is MAGICAL. I love these people so much! the fandom's so unique and so amazing. and the actors are getting more and more comfortable on panels and it's so amazing to watch. thank you for uploading it!

I love how at 9:22 Sharon (Danny) was like well..me before Kaitlyn (Laf) answered. I love the question at 13:53. Elise(Laura)'s reaction was priceless, and it was all so cute, and heartwarming. 22:12 is why I love Annie Briggs in a nutshell. 31:24 another reason I am in Love with Annie (Perry) Briggs.

Just finished rewatching the series again! I started watching Carmilla as a high school baby gay back in 2014, lost touch with it a bit as the years went on and life got crazy, but the pandemic has brought me back in full swing. I hold all of Carmilla so dear to my heart, I am so grateful for this story and all the content along with it :'))) I dearly hope that someday post-pandemic CarmillaCon occurs again and I am lucky enough to get to go, it seems so magical! Thank you all

I've watched this for a million times now and I just realized in the "who would you rather be stuck on an island?" question.. after Elise walked out when Natasha answered Mel, she tried to defend her answer by sounding like asking for Elise's permission on who'd she rather be stuck with (that's just me though )

Loved this! Thank you for sharing it! Newer Carmilla fan here (go figure after it's been off for about 4 yrs). Just found out about the show about a month ago from watching Wynonna Earp. Dana made me tear up in the beginning when she said how thankful she was -- by the way, she's rockin that hair color :) I wish they could have the panel with everyone like they did here, but add Maddie to it. I missed her on the panel. And I wish we had more of both Danny and Maddie in the movie. I liked Kaitlyn's answer -- I think we all would have liked to see a LaFerry happen, just to go off of Carm and Laura, since they're supposed to be best friends.And Annie...she should have done a mic drop after she said "Laura's dad"...she's a comedic genius! Best answer ever! And Matt doing Carm's voice, that was amazing! Wish we could have seen the video they were talking about that they saw -- that they asked "who edited it..." I love how Natasha answers everyones signs, that was interesting to watch!It's funny cause when Dana asked the question, "what scene from a cast member blew you away..." If I was just thinking about the seasons, in season 3, when Carm was screaming at the Library to bring back Laura from taking her to an alternate universe, Natasha didn't like her acting there, but I thought that was some powerful acting. Just to see the vulnerability in the character cause someone she loves was there and was gone a second later -- she doesn't know where Laura is, or if she's dead or what's going on. As an audience member, to me, that was an amazing scene. And then in the movie, my favorite scene was between Laura and Carm, when Carm was telling Laura that maybe she should give the ghosts her life and Laura was worried about their life together. That few minutes was a full circle for both characters, and just such an emotional and vulnerable scene. It was my favorite scene in the movie. It was just seeing so much coming from the actors, I loved it!Loved the answers for who they would want to be stuck on the island with. Elise's answer and response to Natasha's answer was epic. But Natasha's answer is awesome..."Carmilla would be on the island with Elise." Perfect answer! I don't know who would get them off the island first, Elise or Mel lol :)Great panel! I've said this in another comment somewhere, but how they did a WayHaught Newleywed panel, they should totally do that for Hollstein panel....do like a Newleywed Panel where you have Hollstein (Natasha and Elise) go AGAINST WayHaught (Kat and Dom) and have them go against Doccubus (Zoie Palmer and Anna Silk) -- that would be a funny panel, and I can see Elise and Natasha winning it, but it would just be funny. Or Do a panel that has Natasha, Melanie Scorfano, Zoie Palmer and maybe Rachel Skarsden. They all have a similar sense of humor, and it would just be so comedic.Anyway, again great panel! Thank you for sharing this with us!

Lol elise and natasha loves to make each other jealous. In another panel someone asks elise who she wanted to be with in a carnival and chose danny. Natasha kinda reacted in a jealous way too. Love these two so much.

All this time kaitlyn hate natasha becoz of an issue between natasha and kaitlyn's friend. Wow. You call her out and instead of helping natasha and that person to put things end you never did.maybe becoz you believed she's a monster too after everything, after all , you drag her down. Amidst the hype of #BlackLivesMatter movement, Natasha was frequently posting about her white privilege and other stuffs. On 2nd June (not sure about the date) she posted a thread on Twitter where she indirectly acknowledged a trauma (Natasha made a racist joke then took the situation way too far)she caused to a BIPOC actress who was Kaitlyn's friend. Then Kaitlyn accused her for not being honest about that situation and for being performative. It caused some sort of cold war among Natasha, Kaitlyn and Premika (the actress Natasha behaved racist towards). Later Kaitlyn called out Sharon as well, for being silent about something that happened in ClexaCon. When it was happening, and Natasha was constantly being held guilty, Kaitlyn was called out as well by another actress for being racist towards her. So you know. It's not what it seems. The cast is not what it seems. A few of them unfollowed each other on social media platforms. Even though Natasha acknowledged her misdeeds, she never publicly apologized for what happened. Kaitlyn removed videos from her channel that included any of the Carmilla cast. The Fandom was silent about what happened (some of them even stood by Natasha, which was wrong). I hope I made things clear.
