@@berdinaction ok to the game's credit there are a few that are actually kinda good like speed jungle's songs and sand sanctuary
i suppose I'm just not fond of the sonic 4-esque weird genesis-type instruments they used for most of the ost.
@@berdinaction Hater =/= not enjoying certain songs on the OST. It's pretty common knowledge that the consensus was that Superstars had decent music but suffered from too many cooks in the kitchen and Jun's music being sub-par compared to his previous work
Another boring boss theme turned into a masterpiece.

I love how you took the "spirit" and chords of the original version in Sonic Superstars and elevated it with the complete Fang motif from Triple Trouble. Great work as always!

Nice Sonic 3 and Knuckles style Sega Genesis cover of the song, and nice using the full melody of the original Triple Trouble version of the song, and as well as the instrumentation and letmotif of the Sonic and Knuckles Miniboss theme, and this version of the song sounds so way better than the Superstar version!😄🤩😎👌

*Yayoi wrote Fang’s original theme for Sonic Triple Trouble and Jun composed an original section for his boss in Superstars. This remix also has references to S&K’s Mini Boss theme, which is believed to be by Hikichi. I’m so glad that this turned out the way it did as up til this point, I hadn’t found a version of Fang’s theme from Superstars I genuinely loved, but you JX have surpassed my expectations. Thank you for this wonderful birthday present.

This is everything I wanted for Fang’s theme in Superstars. The original was… eh… short, repetitive, bad mixing, instruments are weak, and lackluster. But this, this obliterated the original like a freakin super nova.

Sonic triple trouble remixed
It's actually a Scary boss fight and not a boring piece of garbage turned into sound, and the sprite animation looks like an actual Sonic game

I really wish the original song stuck with using actual instruments. The beginning guitar part I really like but then it just becomes Sonic 4.
Kinda sucks they did have mini bosses and just make gang it every time
So yesterday when I first heard this after waking up, I heard nothing wrong.
Then listening to it again, a few hours later, the original Triple Trouble part sounded off key but a day later, now I’m wearing headphones and it sounds completely fine and how it’s supposed to.
What’s going on?
Once he gets all the tracks done, I say JX should let someone put a Music Replacer Mod over on GameBanana or something.
My hot take, Sonic 3's soundfont always sounded nicer on the ears than Sonic 2's.

this was, in my opinion, one of the worst songs in superstars' soundtrack and you still managed to make it really good
