Of all the highlight-reel plays that Taylor has made, I think the Craig fumble recovery is my favorite. The 49ers were marching down the field and then Howard gets his big coconut on the ball and LT recovers it before it hits the ground. And prances around giddily with the ball. It was an incredible transformation from gloom into hope. And come to think of it, so was Reasons' fake punt. And we credit LT for stopping Montana's roll and allowing Marshall to use his great speed (and never-give-up attitude) to close the distance. Critical assist goes to Taylor on that play, an unsung hero in this case. I think I'm not alone in treasuring this game over any NYG game over the last 35 years, even more than the SB wins. With Honorable Mention to the playoff game in Lambeau Field in Jan 2008 on that BITTERLY cold day. I was in Michigan and we were in the same cold boat, but I was toasty and warm indoors. And 4 yrs later again against SF in another brutal defensive struggle, and again won with a FG.

As a bench player, they always tell you to be ready when your number is called. Jeff Hostetler was ready! Big Blue Wreaking Crew!

That was one of the beat coaching job by Parcells and Belichick in 1990. Especially versus the 49ers in the NFC conference championship game and the Bills in the Superbowl. Parcells outcoached Seirfert and Levy. Both the 49ers and Bills were better teams. However, the difference was coaching. What a great job Parcells and Belichick did. Two hall of fame coaches. One already in the hall and one to be inducted in the future.

@GIL Favor Luck no. Smart football team yes. Craig had fumbled earlier in the game. 49ers recovered. With the game on the line different story. The 49ers were cocky and they were given a big piece of humble pie.
Parcells called a fake punt that the 49ers weren't' prepared for. That was one of the turning points in the game.
George Seifert was overrated. Coming off Bill Walshes coat tales. What did Seifert do after leaving SF? Nothing and coached the Panthers to 1-15 in his last year there.

7:28 Banks and Taylor, 2 very different personalities but 2 men that are now in the pantheon of Giants legends.

Take notice New York Football Giants fans,,
No logo on the side of the helmets during training camp,,
You had to earn that Giants logo on that helmet,,
JUDGE should take notice of that for the future

Jim kelly reason we lost 4 straight they let him call his own plays And no matter what we were always still bickering Bills .
Every player on this team had an ego. Make sure the player gets the ball. This team was never as in sync as they tried to fool everybody.
It was all about ego, especially with our quarter back. Jim kelly he played his worst during super bowls
