It’s taken me years, but I now take thee bare minimum makeup when I go on vacation. I have started wearing tinted SPF during the day which means I don’t wear any other makeup if we’re only going to beach or poolside. If we are going somewhere I will pop on mascara, bronzer and a gloss on the lips. At night I might use a shadow stick, concealer, cream bronzer and a brighter lipstick, and that’s it. Xx
For a beach trip makeup I’d bring concealer, mascara, cream blush also used on lips, lip balm. This seems like a lot for a “laid back” trip. But, to each her own...🌸
I've avoided anything travel related, but that Allie Glines set looks amazing. And what a testament to its sturdiness, washing it that way!

I've got so many pretty travel cases, but guess what I end up using most...zip-lock bags!!! If I use a nice one, doggone if I don't put it in a zip-lock first!! Something will leak every. single. time!!!

I got the reusable zip locks, the ones that you would use for toddler snacks and i use them. Then I can wash them with no problem and they are as good as new.

I am not surprised that you are so organized Stephanie. To be honest, I am the same way. Traveling can be stressful and not being organized can cause me to forget essential items from home. It is then I turn into a Grumpy Gus.🤬 Anyway, the Allie Glines' travel/organizers are nice. Does Luke ever travel with your family? I’m getting ready for a belated getaway, also low key (National Park), so this video was a good reminder not to overpack! Really, will the birds, deer and bears care about my lack of concealer?! I am nearing the end of my CeraVe vitamin C serum and plan to repurchase. The texture is smooth, I had no issues with pilling, the price is reasonable, and the metal tube packaging helps it keep its integrity so it doesn’t oxidize as quickly as some others. Be well 💕
You gave me great ideas about reusing and repurposing small containers....face oil in a perfume tester??? Moisturizer in a contacts case?? I wish I wouldn’t have thrown all my little trial size containers away 😒!! 😘

Oooh I’m not familiar with the CeraVe Vit C serum but love their moisturizers. Please keep us posted. Just added the lash comb to my bag; the one I’m using now doesn’t work at separating my lashes very well. I always overpack and never use half the products I bring.. thank you for sharing with us; I did enjoy this video 🥰

I love to see what people pack. I have to use a makeup bag and a separate skincare/haircare bag. I have been debating about getting an Allie Glines set. They are so beautiful. However, I always wonder if it’s harder to pack as it’s so large. You can just fit a smaller bag in the corner of your suitcase. That has been my dilemma. I always seem to end up with more than I need too.
I always over pack! If anyone asks why I'm taking a product/item, I usually reply with one of two responses :
1. Just in case
2. You never know

I remember a video you posted like 3 years ago about packing for a plane and you recommended the clear AirQuart bag for carry on toiletries/makeup and I ordered that bag and have used it A TON!!! And omg it’s like a never-ending bag that holds a million tiny things lol .. I love it!!

Hi Stephanie! It is funny because I have a travel make up kit that I carry with me. I literally have the bare minimum in there because I know I will not use everything I take it I take too much. I have 2 elf quad shadows, one bronzer, and the rest are travel size mascara, primer, setting spray, skin care items, 3 lip products, 4 brushes, and setting powder. Literally the bare minimum of everything. I enjoyed your video

This is a great video. I really like the travel makeup bag. I take aout half of what you take and usually only use half of that. But, you pack much better than I do.

For your nail file , toss that one and get a foam one with a finer grit , I was a nail tech before going into healthcare, those small files are horrible coarse for your nails - they are very harsh .
I have a glass file and it's the best, my nails are getting longer.
That is alot of makeup to take on a holiday!

Does that Urban Decay powder somewhat “ waterproof “ your concealer? I am intrigued. I’m starting to see that same spot of sunken part under my eye to drives me nuts. Thanks for showing me what to do about it. And thank you for not doing any politics some of the channels lately that are beauty are going politics here in there and it’s making me nuts is too much I love having an escape from everything and the politics.

I personally developed love for OUAI brand. I don’t use everything, just their styling products, the wave spray, dry texture foam for the French bed hair look.
