One thing that could help break up the repetition in your melon/pumpkin farm could be to add a few windows. I know not everyone is a fan of showing off the inner workings of a redstone contraption, but a few windows in the upper section might be enough to break up the stone bricks and add some natural light inside the build. I'm loving the series so far, can't wait to see how the paths connect between the villages!

I love the use of stone bricks for this colony! Might just be me because I'm a huge fan of using stone bricks as the primary block for any build but it makes the colony feel tied together very nicely!
Great episode man. The wall is already giving a settled feeling to the start of the village. I especially like the stone brick theme- it feels very appropriate for a mining village that is just sourcing stone from the mine.
Some constructive criticism: you might want to mind the ending of songs in your timelapses. You pick great songs, which is really good for keeping us engaged for the whole build sequence. But this can make the end of the scene feel abrupt if you cut back too quickly.

Btw, lore-wise regarding building a prison; somehow, wouldn't you know it, The Cook is involved in its history. Greg: "Why is he so chummy with the guards!"
I try to strike a balance move the terrain where it doesn't make sense and work with it where it does.
