Dear Paradoxum Games,
Here's my suggestion for what to do in order to make the community happy. This may not need much effort at all, depending on your organistation inside of Roblox Studio. I suggest you stop making crates and instead focus on creating REALLY high quality events, like you did in 2021. With your recent Community Maps update, you could pay members of the community to make maps for the event (people do this for like 1k Robux lol). You can take your time, as long as you constantly give the community sneak peaks for something worth being excited over. You can make the event give the player a tower or a cool skin. Unless you have the worst organisation ever in your game; this is much easier to do and costs waaaay less than getting an entire team of modelers make 10 skins for a crate. And it gets the community more hyped up and introduces many new players to the game.
