WHO AM I?
I'm Florencia Andrés, and I'm here to help you learn how to make money by creating your very own online courses. I've written some really cool books that have sold over a million copies all around the world, and they were published by a super famous company called Penguin Random House.
I even won a special award called the "Golden Book Award," and I was the first woman to get it in 40 years! I also love to talk to big crowds and give awesome speeches. Last year, they said I was the "Best Female Speaker" at some really important events in Europe.
But I'm not just about talking-I'm also a coach for people who want to be super successful, like celebrities, business owners, and sports champions. I've even helped at famous tournaments like the US Open and the World Cups.
Teaching is a big part of my life too! I used to be a professor at a university where I taught people about coaching. And now, I'm a beloved teacher at a cool place called Mindvalley.
Oh, and I also run a successful business called Confianza Total (for the Spanish market) and LadySpark, where I help lots of people start their own online businesses and make lots of money.

Florencia i have heard that Co-workers are not your friends so how to build relationships at work to succeed faster than normal as it is said that network is networth ? Could you explain what one should be doing strategically in order to increase value & influence without being trapped in taking unwise steps or staying around losers.. People or experts on this issue have different and contradicting view points some say coworkers are not your friends, some say they can be friends..its confusing so last stop is i believe in your opinion about complex subjects...
my take on this: focus on becoming such an interesting person, that GIVES value to others, that you attract the right people to you. About co-workers: they can or cannot become friends and potential business partners. It depends on how much they uplevel you. Don't involve in conversations that don't uplift you. If your co-workers have exciting conversations about the future, engage with them! If all they do is complain and/or do small talk, save your energy. And think beyond your co-workers: today you can engage with amazing people online. Find your community.
