In that case you may need to get creative. The stock one is aluminum and it goes in a steel bearing bore so its possible you have some galvanic corrosion there. Try loosening the clamping bolt slightly and hitting it with a brass hammer (or similar) lightly to see if you can get the pivot unstuck. If its flat out stuck even after that it could turn into quite the process to get out the aluminum pivot depending on how bad its stuck.
