    Hi! I’m Japanese, I love them beatbox 🫶🇯🇵
    The arpeggios they produce are completely based on their voices, and they use their tongues to change the tone I guess.
    The low lip bass is called inward lip bass, which is made by vibrating air between the upper and lower lips to produce such a low sound.

    • @marcee001
      @marcee001  Před 6 měsíci +2

      Hey, thanks a lot for clarifying that :)
      I guess I’m gonna annoy everyone around me today, trying to change the tone of arpeggio runs 😂
      I wasn’t sure there were multiple types of lip rolls either😅

    4:12 - So John-T is at least a baritone if not a bass to start with. An inward lip roll with inhale drives the vibration down into the vocal tract. Another tool he's got is throat bass/Kargyraa (false fold)

    Bro please do this one next! I'm pretty sure you'll love it and you'll wanna breakdown all the layers...
    BlackPink Pink Venom (Beatpella House Cover)
    The Beatpella House is what becomes thereof when 5 beatboxers get together and drop the best beat. It's top notch quality and a fact for ya.. the biggesttt compliment ever was when the cover video I mentioned above actually got copyright striked by Blackpink's Label - YG Media 😁 You can listen to the original pink venom by blackpink first and then do the reaction on the beatpella house cover please!

    4:29 - For John-T's part that's eluding you - it's throat bass. There are a lot of tutorials on CZcams. I know I'm 4 months late to the video, just found you today.

  • @kurdt8449
    @kurdt8449 Před 6 měsíci +4

    man big respect you do your homework with the research. little input maybe u can finish the video once with no pause (pure reaction). then u can rewatch with pause and comments. bcs personally i think pause can ruin the momentum

    • @marcee001
      @marcee001  Před 6 měsíci +1

      I can see that, it is really difficult to find a good balance between ruining the momentum and adding to the original video without cannibalising on the original. I will need more of a routine in these videos to find that. Highly appreciate the feedback :)
      Also thank you, I am trying to get as much background info without „spoilering“ myself as possible before watching 😬

    • @CZTachyonsVN
      @CZTachyonsVN Před 3 měsíci

      Nah, if you don’t want to ruin the momentum then just watch the original. There’s no point in showing the full original video as it is without any other transformative content. That’s just stealing content regardless of what is added afterwards.

    If you're into loopstation then a good choice of reaction is
    Robin - Twice
    AVH - Dreams

    Bizkit - That looper 2.0
    BreZ - Girls like

    I think he did a synth trumpet for the part you are trying to figure out how he switches. He did that with a falsetto voice? Just a guess

    • @marcee001
      @marcee001  Před 6 měsíci +1

      synth trumpet👀 I‘m gonna have to check out a few tutorials then

    • @bigboom2438
      @bigboom2438 Před 6 měsíci

      If you're talking about the part at 4:33 that is not a synth trumpet. He is simply swapping between his normal voice and falsetto voice. I think it might be similar to the Double Voice technique. At least, that's what I gather from it. I've been watching beatbox for years and even I'm still confused about how certain sounds are made.

    • @marcee001
      @marcee001  Před 6 měsíci

      It is quite difficult to say, especially, as different artist are producing similar sounds in different ways. I've listened to it a few times now and I feel like the first note of my first attempt in the video was pretty close, however from there I would lock myself in a mouth position in which I can't jump to the next note he's doing. It's honestly so impressive to see beatboxers figuring all of this out.

    Hi! I liked your reaction! I have a request for you! You can make a reaction to Dimash Kudaibergenov! He has 6 octaves in his voice! if you want to make a reaction, I recommend the song S.O.S. Almost all vocalists and singers know about Dimash. He is from Kazakhstan and he is Kazakh.
