Atchafalaya Spillway Beetle Spin fishing

Launched from Adams Landing in the lower Atchafalaya Spillway on June 16 2023. Fished the trusty Beetle Spin and ended the day with 14 goggle eye and 2 catfish. Threw back countless small bream.

Nicely done!! Enjoyed watching. Some great catches all on the beetle spin!! Just the incentive I needed. Time to leave the crickets at home.

I used beetle spins all the time mostly with the black grub - bass loved them… crappie love them too
