In another video , Bella said kids at school were mean to her about what she wore, so she changed her style. Now, she took out her piercing because they made fun of her. Why change to please others and think they will be nice? The type of kids that do this are actually not someone to hang around with. They'll just find something else to ridicule you about. So glad you have a lot of friends. Choose your actual friends wisely, please.

Bella be you. I used to be bullied, but I never missed school. I excelled and today I have a masters Degree in Nursing. Trust me , some of then were my patients with several baby moms, and several baby dads. I just laugh. Don't mind them.
i love how when ariana said about bella being up until 5am you don't get mad and they're allowed to go to sleep when they want, if i told my mum i went to sleep at 5am she would be so mad at me and i'm literally 17 lol
I grew up with insomnia. When I’d stay with relatives, I hated it because I would usually have to lay there stressing about falling asleep or getting in trouble. So I started lying. I’d go 24 hours plus on no sleep and no one around me would know, when I was kid. My parents were always accepting of it and know..sometimes people struggle with sleep. I’m glad they seem to get that.
5am isn’t appropriate for a teenager Bella’s age. I don’t think it’s good on a school night for a 17 year old but I stayed up until that time sometimes in the summer at 17

Occasional insomnia is also normal for people with mental health issues and trauma, and we know Bella has has a bit of rough go of things before finding her forever home. We have no idea why she stayed up that late. Aaron and crystal have always shown to be understanding when kids like Halie also did it. I’m sure THEY know what’s appropriate and what’s not. What you don’t know..is the reasons behind it.
First...I'm so glad to see Crystal is healing and is injecting her optimism and energy into her family! Second...When it comes to the assumptions, I was surprised at some of them. I never assumed that Bella's evolving style was something she did to please those who teased her....I just assumed that as she entered the "sorority" of the Pettit girls, she saw other examples that she wanted to emulate. She is certainly someone who has strong ideas about what she chooses to do, so I don't think she is in "danger" of being bullied into changing her mind. At her age, her values and likes and dislikes are very fluid, I would imagine. Each of the kids seems to be featured as much or as little as they feel comfortable. Jake and Luke float in and out of the mix, but rarely make themselves the center of attention. That fact alone makes me more curious about their personalities, talents, and goals. Logan's personality seems to be perfect for his role as a new brother to Liam and Rylan. He has made room for them and is quietly showing them the Pettit path. I remember when Max felt more secure in the background of the daily vlogs, but he has emerged as a reliable responsible, young man who does not take himself too seriously. He is so much like his father in looks and demeanor. The teen girls are all beautiful, unique, and fun to watch! Of course, your "grown-up" kids continue to be an important part of this fantastic family story.💗Love to you all!

I think you are raising a bunch of awesome people! You have a healthy balance of chores, helping out, and discipline mixed with freedom, independence, and letting them be kids while they're kids. Treating them with gifts and trips, but also teaching them the importance of finances and saving. It's really important to be able to work with others, both for future jobs and future families. The fact that they are all like best friends says a lot. When I was a teenager, I was very anti-social and grumpy, my brother and I never talked until we were in our 20s. You're doing a great job. You are inspirations!

Jake is at that perfect age to really start packing on the muscle. He has already made a crazy transformation in such a short amount of time. I wish I was Jake's age when I started lifting, that's my biggest regret. But you're never too old too start either. Looking forward to seeing Jake's progress and gains! 💪

It's really fun seeing all the kids participate and answering the assumptions, love these kind of videos! Tbh It's kind of concerning that Crystal kinda brushes off the comments Bella makes about being bullied into changing styles, idk a lot happens behind the camera but I think they should emphasize to her the importance of individuality.
We have been talking for months and had many conversations emphasizing how important it is to be yourself (not filmed). It is not something we brush off in our house. Bullying anyone is never okay and it’s sad that it is still happens. Bella is currently working through a lot, but I can guarantee she will come out stronger and become exactly who she wants to be!

I am going on a mini rant because I love this family so much and I hate how people out there try to knock them down. Please bear with me and read through the end, thanks! I am so tired of the hate and criticism the crazy pieces receive. I see so many comments about them being fake or the kids can’t wait to move out ASAP and other stuff. I’m sure if it were the opposite and every child wanted to live at home until they turned 21 that would also receive hate. Also yes Crystal and Aaron are well off financially, but they have had to work so hard for that money, we only see 20 minutes vlogs a few times a week, but many hours go into each video. You can’t expect as many kids as the crazy pieces have to live in an average 3 bedroom house. If their is no love in the family or if the kids are so anxious to move out, why do Halie, Jamie, Alex, and Melinda are always coming over to the house? Because of love. Their is also a group of people who say why do the kids who moved out come over to the house so much, because of love as well.Yes the crazy pieces are not perfect and they will be the first to admit it because no one is perfect but its sick of people who wait or find joy for them to make a minor mistake. Especially people who criticize them as a way to make personal income. Are there that many people out there who only want to see their kids occasionally after they move out? Heaven forbid your kids want to see you so often. Isn’t it a sign of great parenting shown when kids absolutely adore their parents to want to come over like that. This is an absolutely inspirational family. Its so stupid, maybe if you tried living your life like the crazy pieces by showing more love and support to your family, society would be better off. Perhaps there would be less shootings and less domestic violence if there was more love in homes when children grow up. We need to love each other more and it starts in your own family, too many american families do not get along, and I think the Crazy pieces some great ways of helping a family become close

Crystal addressed their religion in a video about a year ago. It’s something she and Aaron are a part of but they don’t force the children to go to church. She said she felt everyone has their own beliefs.

It's really fun seeing all the kids participate and answering the assumptions, love these kind of videos! Tbh It's kind of concerning that Crystal kinda brushes off the comments Bella makes about being bullied into changing styles, idk a lot happens behind the camera but I think they should emphasize to her the importance of individuality.
We have been talking for months and had many conversations emphasizing how important it is to be yourself (not filmed). It is not something we brush off in our house. Bullying anyone is never okay and it’s sad that it is still happens. Bella is currently working through a lot, but I can guarantee she will come out stronger and become exactly who she wants to be!

Groceries and fuel is so expensive in Australia too. Major increases lately. Also our rental property prices are really high and homes hard to come by.

I am going on a mini rant because I love this family so much and I hate how people out there try to knock them down. Please bear with me and read through the end, thanks!
I am so tired of the hate and criticism the crazy pieces receive. I see so many comments about them being fake or the kids can’t wait to move out ASAP and other stuff. I’m sure if it were the opposite and every child wanted to live at home until they turned 21 that would also receive hate. Also yes Crystal and Aaron are well off financially, but they have had to work so hard for that money, we only see 20 minutes vlogs a few times a week, but many hours go into each video. You can’t expect as many kids as the crazy pieces have to live in an average 3 bedroom house. If their is no love in the family or if the kids are so anxious to move out, why do Halie, Jamie, Alex, and Melinda are always coming over to the house? Because of love. Their is also a group of people who say why do the kids who moved out come over to the house so much, because of love as well.Yes the crazy pieces are not perfect and they will be the first to admit it because no one is perfect but its sick of people who wait or find joy for them to make a minor mistake. Especially people who criticize them as a way to make personal income.
Are there that many people out there who only want to see their kids occasionally after they move out? Heaven forbid your kids want to see you so often. Isn’t it a sign of great parenting shown when kids absolutely adore their parents to want to come over like that. This is an absolutely inspirational family. Its so stupid, maybe if you tried living your life like the crazy pieces by showing more love and support to your family, society would be better off. Perhaps there would be less shootings and less domestic violence if there was more love in homes when children grow up.
We need to love each other more and it starts in your own family, too many american families do not get along, and I think the Crazy pieces some great ways of helping a family become close

Crystal addressed their religion in a video about a year ago. It’s something she and Aaron are a part of but they don’t force the children to go to church. She said she felt everyone has their own beliefs.
