Tip for people doing hoodies with multiple colors...stick hoodies underneath flash each time before u start..if u don't, when u come around to the 2nd color .the colors may not have registration markings right.hoodies will shrink a little.1 color could shrink too..

Great video man as always! Quick question, how do you deal with the smell of paint that is coming from the conveyor? I noticed you don't have a tube. We had a tube going out the window but had to close it as the temp inside the conveyor is very unstable that way (wind and the temp outside being a factor)

Hey Nate thank you a ton! For coating these bigger screens I use 2 hands and use a screen holder in the wall

Just wanted to throw this at ya. Total ink solutions has a powder free transfer plastisol.

Hey Baav, thanks for good videos. I am just joining the screen-printing community but I struggle with printing plastisol onto transferpaper. There are different issues each time and I simply do not know what I'm doing wrong. 8/10 logos turned out good the last time I tried, but this is not good enough if I were to start a business with this. My question is: how do you guarantee quality and consistency? Any tips for how I can improve my quality? I bought my screen on second hand aswell as the ink so I am not sure what quality these are holding...

Is there a certain ink you are using for hoodies? Im trying to print on a 50/50 hoodie (white fn ink/156 screen) im getting very thick ink deposits. double checked my off contact. just wondering how its not bleeding through the bold parts of your print with essentially the same thread count.

Hey bro also, remember tu bump your Shutter Speed up for those slowmo shots. If you shooting 60fps your shutter speed must be 120 or 125secs, so when you slow it down to 40 or 50% it doesnt look choppy🫡
Great tip bro! Definitely will do that! For this video I ran it at a lower FPS but when I started editing I realized I should have stuck to 60FPS like my other vids but hey I’m no professional at this hahah

Yes since hoodies are thicker it does require slightly more off contact between the screen and hoodie

Mhmm it’s not really which is more profitable question. Embroidery and screen print are 2 totally different beasts. Screen printing obviously requires a lot more prepping

Remember stretch test doesn’t work for hoodies
Still does but not as good. Stretch test is not the only form of checking for proper cure
@@baavproductions I always heard stretch only works for shirts. Other than a wash test or a temp check what else can you do?
