Re:Zero is my all time favorite anime. It's also honestly one of the best shows that I have ever watched. When I think of anime, flashy action scenes usually come to mind. But for this masterpiece, all you need is fantastic world building, a great and intriguing storyline, and a memorable cast of characters (Rem being my waifu for laifu). I have never watched an anime as good as this, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood being a close second. The first two seasons were awesome, and I can't wait for season three if it gets announced.
Arc 5 is action packed and arc 6 is even better then arc 4 I don't know how it's possible but arc 6 is so good you are not ready for season 3.

Read the LN it’s still ongoing The Anime cuts out a lot of exposition and worldbuilding for more action,The novel goes into detail about things like the political state of Lugunica, the surprisingly complicated magic system, and the lives of supporting characters like Crusch and Wilhelm,the novels flesh out Subaru a lot more than the anime, which makes some of his more selfish actions in the later story arcs more understandable (if not necessarily justifiable).

1:17 Damn this scene gets me every time. Emilia can't see the hands, that's why she's so relaxed and seems to have no issue while Subaru is like running as fast as he can since he can see she's in danger.
Dude Subaru being able to see the hands is one of my biggest questions in Re:Zero like how and why? It might be because he is the sin arch bishop of pride or I could go deeper then that and it could be that the witch is like. “He’s going to die if he can’t see the hands so why not.” Or it could go even deeper by saying Emilia is the witch and found out that Subaru was from another world and- I’ll stop now.

I thought it was obviously because each time he uses return by death/tries to tell people about his power, the witch energy around him thickens, making him more sensitive to witch-oriented powers like the hands so he can see them.

No I think I got it. But what does confuse me is on the episode where Subaru gets kidnapped and Rem dies bu the hands. Is why doesn’t Subaru see the hands then? I mean he’s died like 7 times by that point and tried to talk about return by death like 5 times. So why couldn’t he see the hands when they first killed Rem.

I’m sorry but no op from season 2 topped this. To me this song is very representative of the story. Just musically, the way it goes from major to minor portraying how Subaru can never be fully happy and his suffering never ends. It sounds bittersweet and twisted.
I agree. This op has an eerie touch, and if we really think about it, that's a perfect portrait of his mind when he's suffering.
For me, Long shot did get close to beating it song wise, but considering it’s visuals aren’t the best, this one still tops it
