My father died last week. He wasn't a special guy really, certainly no mighty warrior. Just a human trying to get by, like all of us. But he was my dad. This song, especially the last bit, really helps me get by at the moment.

Was reading about Odin and Tyr the other day and noticed something... True leaders make great sacrifices for the ability to lead well. Odin gave his eye for Wisdom and Tyr gave is arm for Justice. You don't see many leaders these days that sacrifice much, in fact they use their power for person gain. Odin for president!

I gave offerings to Freya to help my cat with a health issue. Seeing how Freya has 2 cats...and she did. My cat immediately started getting better. She also helped me one night when I prayed to her sick and pregnant. Now I feel Odin strongly. Like Freya took a step back and now hes with me. May sound crazy but I swear to it.

@@lucasmaria9730 100% better! I don't own vinyls but CD's, and I have heard that the quality of a CD is similar to that of the vinyl. The sound is so clean and loud; definitely better than CZcams.

I love Manowar, but Odin sacrificed his eye at Mimir's well, not for mead, but wisdom. He drank water from the well. It granted wisdom but his self- crucifixion on the world ash is what granted him the knowledge of the runes and magic, and the cosmic power he became feared for. Still a great song though.
