I have a skin prone to acne skin and sensitive skin. I'll tell what worked for me in managing it.
I ate less sugar and cooked at home with nutritious foods.
I also consumed nuts, seed varieties, and fresh coconut to stay cool.
I tried to relax and not worry too much. I used sunscreen and cleansed my face twice with litleeextra riceberyy face wash. I replaced my pillowcase every two days. I always tied up my hair and consumed a lot of water. I avoided touching my face too much. I stuck to my routine without missing a day.
I actually noticed that it did not strip my skin of its natural oils. My skin felt quite hydrated still after a short wash with rice berry face wash.
Having started applying riceberry face wash from 2 weeks now, it is clear that it's better than the overrated cetaphil.

After trying several various face washes, I finally found the one that really works: Littleextraa's Riceberryy Face Wash. I apply it each morning to clean my face and it make my skin appear healthier. It includes both black rice and white mulberry, which works to make my skin seem clearer and reduce dark spots. It additionally makes my skin feel refreshed and not as unclean. When I use it, my face becomes brighter within a few mins.
My skin type is combination type, and this rice berry little extra face wash is working and cleaning my face very well with out any itching or burning. A perfect 10/10 score from my side.

Try salicylic acid serum, I recommend the one by dermaco. I'm in my 20s and trust me it even helped me fade my oldest acne marks. I wish I had it when I was a teenager. Anyways, good for you. And yeah try to follow simple oily skin friendly skincare routine.
