White walls look the worst when a person has old dated furniture. But when it is new, modern, farmhouse mixed with very old classy antique rustic wood pieces, it looks amazing!

Wide ribbon to wrap around the edge of your vase to hide holes (not that you see them, but it would add texture and more colour)
There is always sooo much beautiful crystal pieces at goodwill for anyone who also loves that textured glass look!

Yes, I thought the same! Maybe living room coffee table could have a marble tray with those coasters, succulent plant and some smaller items, like decor stones or crystals. That vase did look great, but just did seem a bit high on the low table and you could not see all the beautiful items behind it beside the tv. But hahhaaa this is so bad to be giving any ideas when sitting in MY living room and watching around. Hahhhaaa, perhaps I should decor my space before anything else. I'm swooning over Rachel's living room!!! Heaven!!!

At 16:18 looking at it on the right side i feel like it is too plant heavy and looks off balance. Maybe move the vase on the coffee table to the other side to balance it out. It's up to you.

All those vases look like modern day variations on what's called depression glass. I've had a lot of luck finding it cheap in thrift stores and it can be pretty valuable.
I love the way some things are just old things from ages ago but it all goes so well together with the contrast and vibes of the colours I just love your style and soon to be my room makeover and I'm so exited because I've got like a blush pink, grey and white vibe to it and omg I'm so exited and all your organization is going to inspire me to keep my room clean and as organized like yours !!

Hon I’d get a second gold candle holder so you have a pair get rid of the round textured vase and fake flowers it’s looks cheap - put the handle back on the base and use as an ice bucket

Love the eclectic but complimentary colours. I suggest the round dimpled vase & tall thin gold candle holder next to the tv like you did at the beginning as that space looks bare now with too much wall showing. In contrast, the coffee table doesn't need much as its dark & patterned so a low, simple centrepiece that doesn't get in the way when using would work better e.g. a gold or marble tray with tea lights, scented candles & small cup plants e.g. mini cacti. x

Love this color scheme!! My living room is all currently gray and white with some black and metallic accents. I’ve been trying to figure out how to work in richer colors and natural elements, and this is perfect inspiration!!

It sounds like (from what i see on other CZcamsrs' videos) that Australian Kmart is like American Target.... and American Target is like Australian Kmart :)
Yeah, I think they got beat out by Target and Walmart in the early 2000’s, so they switched to the foreign market and now they’ve been doing well

Im so over how much waste comes from new furniture and I have tried to thrift but haven't found what I was looking for. When I go back to uni though, its right next to a big thrift store so I hope I can find some good treasures in there

Looks beautiful! Would you maybe take the flowers off the tv cabinet so there isn't 2 lots in eye view? Behind each other? Could put those on the side board, then you could put a textured vessel back on their place. Just a thought. But you have done such a great job. 😀👍
