    This has been out for a long time before there was a course. I teach a majority of these movement for BJJ. These are all great movement drills !!

    Great Video, minor suggestion with the beast reach flexion and extension in your warm-up; perhaps try anatomical breathing - breathe in as your athlete expands, exhale into flexion ... no right or wrong just a different variation on the breathing.

    Nice movements, but a lot of these movements are not so new. Even the silat style Satria Fighting Arts had these movements and also have their own yoga system. The postures can be applied in self-defence as well, I suppose thats why I like it so much. The ones here seems good just for physical conditioning, but nothing new really... but thanks for sharing.
