Fun Fact. Born Susan Weaver, Sigourney changed her name when she was a teenager, after coming across the unusual moniker while reading F. Scott Fitzgerald’s The Great Gatsby. Feeling like cutesy nicknames like Sue and Susie didn’t suit her, she informed her parents, friends, and teachers that she was now known as “Sigourney.”
She was hilarious " Galaxy Quest" if you've not seen it yet...you will like it...very well done and very funny
Underrated flick
That would make her 73 this year. Wow!
I love you Ripley!
Almost six feet tall. That's a tall stack of hotness.
Alien, Ghostbusters, Avatar, Galaxy Quest, and the list goes on. What a career this woman has had!
My doctor told me not to waste a lot of time making plans for a birthday party at age 60.
Sigourney does not look 60 in that appearance! I think she imprinted on me in the original Ghostbusters...
And now she's the one who's eternally a 14-year-old.
I don't understand why the description has 2 different air dates??
I don't know for sure, but I would guess the little teaser at the beginning of the video (with the laser taxi) aired on a different episode than the interview.
@@bobbyk9815 you're correct. The fake teaser was around the time the movie was about to be/just released while the interview was a month later (when it has already grossed over $1B).
Please come to India
Wait I thought she was 73 😭
this was 10 years ago
Sigourney Weaver and Pam Grier can lay claim to being the first female action leads. JLaw not so much.
I've never had any desire to see the first one.
The movie itself was blah, but looking at it as an amusement ride helps. You'd have to go see it in a theater, IMAX 3D if possible. It was honestly like lind of wild. Also I had a couple mushrooms. I'll do the same for this one once it slows down.
That is your choice. It is also your very great loss. Perhaps you will choose again. Up to you. I recommend it.
You're missing out, haven't napped like that since I don't know when. Might have to rent the second one, been tired lately!
Her father was ..
Still haven't seen the 2nd Avatar movie, and have no intention to.
Nobody asked.
@@HOTD108_ Nobody asked for your smartass comment, but hey... this is the internet comment section... say whatever you want, nobody has to ask.
@@HOTD108_ dude woke up on the wrong side of the bed
@@BobbySacamano Yeah, waking up on the wrong side of the bed makes one not want to watch crappy derivative special fx laden movies. Wouldn't have mattered if I did get good sleep... it's not a movie for me but it's ok if you enjoy that sorta thing.
@@BobbySacamano Hey Bob, it’s Keith, Kramer’s friend. How you been?
