- Back at it with a new acrylic painting, I'm all in on my "blue era." I'm excited to bring you a tutorial for a piece that pairs up with one of my earlier works, as I dive deeper into my favorite winter shades.
❄️ in this video, I’m showing off how Prussian Blue and copper come together, with a bit of interference blue for that frosty effect. It’s like bringing a piece of winter right onto the canvas.
I’m here to take you through my process with fluid acrylics, making botanical shapes that look like they’re lit by the cold winter light.

Ah yes HAIRS LOL. Try closing the register vent to that room. You could also LIGHTLY use a fine mist of water sprayed up high that will float all hairs down and then wipe surfaces clean. May need to cover paintings too as they cure. Been battling those little stinkers since 1986 :O PS could you please tell us the dimensions of each canvas?
