No it doesn't strain your eyes since the resolution is so high up that it gets close to resolution of your eyes. Strain on eyes happens when we repeatedly look at objects that are close to our eyes. But Apple Vision Pro doesn't actually display content as if it was that close to your eyes. If it would have then your eyes won't be able to see since normal adult distance of distinct vision is 25 cm. It displays as if the objects were far away using clever engineering. People not wanting to live in real life might be a actual threat but implications on health is not.
