When you say the email will only send when Outlook is open, will it send when the computer is alseep

Yes it is called recoccurance. But it can not be done from here. I will upload a tutorial on it very soon and will update you.

I scheduled the delayed delivery and closed my outlook. It did not send the email until the following day when I opened my outlook. I tested w/ my outlook open and it works fine. Why in the world do I have to have my outlook open in order to send the delayed email??? Can you help?

This scheduling is only used to send emails whenever you have an internet connection and the outlook is opened. I will check if I could find a way to send emails the scheduled emails when the outlook is closed and will update you.

The emails sit in your Outbox and get delivered at whatever time you set, of course it won't work if you close it.
