Dillingham is far better than collier
Collier has higher ceiling, And better playmaker also better Defensively
Dillingham is the better shooter and better bucket getter. Defense concerns and playmaker (floor general) is still weak.
Right now Collier will translate better with Wembanyama than Dillingham will.
