yeah i feel like im always an all or nothing kind of person
... I sit down to watch as I procrastinate.
What helps me to be productive is actually when someone is waiting for me to finish that task, or something like a competition mindset. For example when I have to study, I usually seek for someone, who has to study the exact same thing and then we say "hey, let's meet next week and until then study from x to y and then we compare who knows more" ... That keeps me going xD

E. D. Not that hard if your at uni cause there's a bunch of people studying the same thing as u but maybe a bit more diffcult if it self study lol
YES some kind of accountability is really helpful
I only watch CZcams to procrastinate soooooooooooooooooooooo
i really like the work 25 mins - then 5 min break routine. during my break i like to STAND UP and not look at any screens (since normally i work on a computer). i also think it's helpful to listen to ambient sounds/ like nature focus music, classical piano, or even acoustic songs. but nothing too fun lol cus then i'll just jam out and get distracted.
These tips were actually really helpful!! I sometimes feel like tip videos are unhelpful/cliche/annoying. These were genuine and I can’t wait to implement them in my life!!!!😊🌸

Love these tips! Definitely going to try to incorporate some into my life! Also, I would love to see a video of vegan grocery shopping at more main-stay grocery stores like Raleys, Bel-air, Safeway, etc. Sometimes these places are more convenient for a lot of us than going to a walmart, target, or health food store :(
Writing notes, to-do lists and using a journal changed my whole productivity game
Having a set deadline helps me focus in the task at hand.
And I will try filming more videos in 1 or 2 days then editing them. Maybe I'll manage to do more like this 😊

Do you have a vid on how to make a matcha latte (new vid idea)? I tried to replicate the green tea latte (with soy milk) from starbucks but the matcha powder clumped up, despite wisking the hell out of it before.
What I did was mixing matcha powder with milk ( vegan) in a reused bottle, or you can use a Mason Jar if you have it, and shaking with all my power, it was all mixed up , no clumps every time. Hope this helps!

Perhaps I'm being too cynical, but does anyone else really dislike all this "cognitive and mood enhancement" stuff that some foods peddle? I'd consider myself a naturalist. And I try to avoid anything that effects my neurochemistry if possible. These herbs seem equivalent to drugs imo. I wouldn't want to be dependent on them like a lot of people are with coffee.

I would normally agree with you. I was really skeptical about all this mushroom mumbo jumbo until I did the research. Certain mushrooms, like Lion's Mane and Reishi, are adaptogenic, which means that they help your body adapt to stress and correct the imbalances in your system. There are scientific studies on this, and they are completely safe and non-habit forming. They are not drugs, they are plants. Think about how endurance runners eat beets to enhance their VO2 max before a race. Would that be considered drug taking? No. Cordyceps, another adaptogenic mushroom, does the same thing as beets using the same chemical process in our bodies. It's just basic nutritional science-- don't think of it as "enhancements". Just think of it as food that does it's job of fueling our bodies and minds.
We all have our abnormalities! Sexual reproduction means we aren't all identical. That doesn't mean we're defective. You don't NEED enhancements.

My bullet journal is my life saver. I don't know how anyone gets anything done without one. I still use mine daily even with a one month old baby. He takes his morning nap and mama gets shit done
